The lady asked me four times. I kept telling her no because $20 extra for shellac? Pshh. I know how much it actually costs them and that's a reach. My boyfriend came in to grab my car keys as he had gotten his hair cut next door. So she tried to use that to her play saying my boyfriend was waiting on me and I'd still have to dry my nails. So I finally said yes so she'd stop asking. Then, i pay extra for the better pedicure and she rushes through it, and took the dead skin scrubber so hard to my feet, i could barely walk the rest of the day with how bad it hurt. This lady literally kept being so impatient with me and trying to upsell me to the shellac that, guess what, also smudged as soon as I got home and took off my shoes. They cut my fingers multiple times and I would tell them it hurt and all they would tell me is "relax". I got French tips and they are not good. The underside of my finger has polish all over it that wasn't removed. They got mad when I asked for a second coat of white because it was so streaky and it was only applied to some of my nails. Overall, I will not be coming back.
