I kept telling him to not do it because it was going to rip layers of my real bail off and he barely listened. Then after getting my tips on he cut them too short and when he filed them they were all different lengths and shapes. A lot of them weren't straight and were a mess. He also nicked my finger and split open the side of my cuticle causing it to bleed really bad. He continued to put some kind of liquid on it and I almost started crying because it hurt so bad. He did that twice and then tried to file the skin around the cut and I had to tell him 4 times not to and then tell him I'm serious not to touch the cut because it hurts. I left there defeated with my long nails cut short & within 2 days I had one nail broken & polish coming of the other. I had already left area & could not return to have this mess fixed. Stay away from this place. Owner replied on a review but when I called she hung up phone...Rude techs & owner. Since this service on Tues, I have half my nails breaking/broke/cracking. Bad service & products.
