When I came in she gave me a tour of the facility and showed me all of the amenities that they offered she had a wonderful personality she was fun she joked around I felt very comfortable there. Shannen was so helpful and set me up to use the fancy Level 4 bed, which I've never used before. WOW!!! I've never seen a bed is so open and airy but still drowns you in sunny lights. The employee, not sure of name and I've never seen her before this, was opening the blinds and I walked in and said hi good morning, followed up a nice eye roll and a why are you here attitude. She then went to the computer to check me in. I asked fo a towel and went to my room. As I was leaving and walking past the desk I put the towel in the bin and looked her way to see if demeanor had changed, another no, it hadn't. She glared at me as I left with no have a great day, thanks for coming in, or we'll see you next time. Extremely rude customer service skills.
