I also suspect them to be using illegal monomer and i will be reporting them. My nails had a strange fruity odor and the product they used burned and itched. Despite cutting me i still gave them another chance and when they were removing my previous acrylic they chipped it off with a cuticle cutter instead of soaking it off, while doing so they cut me AGAIN. This is when i knew they were using illegal product because they did not want to soak my nails off and opted for chopping away at my hand resulting in another injury. I will NEVER step foot in this business again.
