sadly I had the worst service ever. after going there for years the lady who did my nails was very argumentative and rude. I had to go back because the nail bubbled. she was explaining it like it was my fault.... but after less than 24 hours this happened. so I was told by the front desk person well she will have to fix it because she's the one who did them. so sadly I said ok sure. talk about totally uncomfortable for a place that should be relaxing turned into a "hot seat" i could see if i wasn't a paying customer I was just asking them to make it right. less than 24 hours again the polish has already lifted up and cracked. talk about a terrible experience i hope they fix this person but for reference her name was Janet..... I used to get my nails done here a lot but they were SOOO expensive after each visit. No price lists or anything. Whenever i would go they would try to get me out in less than 20 minutes. I even asked them for an estimate on a set that I was getting from them and they originally said $85. After i got done and went to the receptionist i had to pay $165 for a pretty basic set that i've had done there before. I got a pedicure with my sister. The price in the menu is not the price. It was $20 more. No I did not get any polished removed either.

We walked in wanting two pedicure, they directed us to a seat and we both soaked our feet in luke warm water. About 10 minutes later they started working on my pedicure. They were took a long time and there was a weak quick massage. By the end of my pedicure the hadn't even started my moms pedicure so she just got her toes painted. The place wasn't very clean either. They had sanitary logs on the wall but they were up to date. There was also a dog out that was just hanging out there. Also not very sanitary. But overall we were disappointed that we have to wait another hour for her to be finished. We wouldn't have gotten pedicures if it would have taken 2 hours. We would have liked to be advised of the wait time. I included a picture of out toes. Very mediocre job and poor experience. read more

I was traveling and went to this salon to have my dip powder removed and fixed as the previous nail tech pretty much ruined my nails. When I asked the gentleman to file my nails as little as possible due to the previous tech filing them to the point of being paper thin, he listened. They put on a base coat and two coats of powder as to try and make my nails thicker until they grew out in a few weeks. He was accommodating and got me in immediately as well as fixing the terrible job the previous people did. These guys rock! read more

Always in search of a fantastic pedi....this was mediocre. We were seated promptly and soaked for quite a while as they were a bit on the busy side. A man did my toes (would prefer a woman just a personal preference nothing against men who do pedicures). I like a good scrubbing of the feet with a an aggressive pushing of the cuticles and a complete nipping away of the dead skin that needs to be taken off, sadly I did not find that here. Instead I had the cuticle Pusher barely skimmed across the top of my toenails and very little removal of excess skin pain around my toes. I was then supposed to receive a salt scrub and massage.I did not receive a salt scrub instead had salt scrub layered over my legs and wrap with a towel so not quite sure what purpose that would serve. Once that part of the "spa treatment" was done , my toes were then sprayed with rubbing alcohol in preparation for the paint. There was no base coat used and the Polish looks almost lumpy and uneven. I asked for certain type of flower but got something that looked nothing like what I asked for , see photos below...I think my search is still on for the perfect pedi tech. read more

I came here because my other nail place doesn't respect my time or my nails. I asked for Kim because of another review on here and I was not disappointed! She fixed a botched shellac cover-up and acrylic dip with an incredible ombré shellac manicure. This is my new place and new tech. She was respectful and extremely knowledgeable about nail techniques; Kim practiced the style I wanted on her own nail first to make sure it would work. Brilliant! read more

I originally posted a 5 star review because I was happy with how my nails looked when I walked out of the salon. Unbeknownst to me, I had two spots of fungus growing on one nail that I picked up at this salon. The nails started to lift within 7 days and I went back for a repair and rebase. The owner, an older gentleman, asserted I did not have a fungus and had two other techs come over and look all agreeing I did not have a fungi. I've since gone elsewhere and had the nails removed and the fungus cleaned. If you want to maintain the health of your nails, don't go here. read more

The only reason I didn't give this place a five star review is because it's not exactly the cutest place on the inside and my dip nail appointment lasted an hour and a half from the moment I sat down in the chair to the moment I checked out, which is a little long for my taste. But honestly, other than that, I have no other complaints-the gentleman who did my nails was very attentive and paid a great deal of attention to the little details. The result was nearly perfect nails all for much less than I am used to paying for the same service elsewhere. So glad I took a chance and gave this place a try! read more

Oh my goodness what a great experience! I was DESPERATE to get a very, very bad fill fixed (see my 8/12 review of Angel Nails in COS) and this place did me up right! Thai not only fixed my epically bad pink and white fill (without having to pop off my old nails- thank goodness) but he also painted my toes and I was able to get an eye brow wax all in less than 90 minutes!! My pink and white lines are clear and perfectly straight and they are beautifully shaped! My fill a week ago was so awful with uneven lines, awkward shapes and the dude made me bleed and so I was bit gun shy about trying out another new spot today, but U.S. Nails was highly recommended by a local and when I walked in all the ladies already in chairs raved about this place - one saying that she had been coming here for 7 years! I walked about happy about my nails, toes and brows and as far as I'm concerned this is now my go to spot! read more

Prices are fair ($37 for a basic mani/pedi) and they did a good job. However, about 20 minutes into my pedicure one of the workers brought in a dog. Not a well behaved dog. It was barking constantly and running around the salon. My Mom and I were sitting at the drying table after our manicures and the dog kept jumping up on us. My Mom was covered in dog hair and I messed up two nails while trying to get the dog off me. At one point they put the dog in a "time out" in another room, it barked and yapped the entire time. I saw some good reviews so I wanted to come here, but I was very disappointed. First off four of my fingers were cut, one was bleeding and they never apologized, second they were rushing to leave and wouldn't let my nails dry and they got messed up even with me being careful. i just received a so so pedicure. The back of my heels were still rough and I had to tough them up when I got home. What did bother me quite a bit is that during the time that I was there the workers communicated in their own language. You have a business in the US and the language spoken when there are customers at your place should be English even if you speak among each other. That is just common courtesy. I won't be returning, I gave Bliss a try because the reviews were good and i was in search of a new place. California prices but cheap quality. I've been going here for about a year.I used to get pedicures every visit, but their quality of pedicures got so bad, that now I just do a color change/clipping. Every visit it is worse and worse for customer service and quality of work. Today was the Last Straw. They sat me in a broken chair-- there were 6 open chairs. 3 times they told me to just stay where I was, even though I complained my feet could not reach the footrest unless I sat on the very edge of the chair. THREE times they told me to just put up with it-- when I got up to leave they reseated me in a different chair--and they were quite rude about it. No one said "hello" to me, the girl at the reception desk did not even look up from her book when I walked in. The 5 women there chatted constantly, nonstop, with each other, but the woman doing my feet ignored me completely and I had to ask her the same question 4 times. I had to climb over several rolling carts several times when I got up to leave, when I switched seats and when I left. They had the TV on sports (Olympics) and NO music at all. The place was a disaster with rolling carts everywhere, not just between the chairs. After my toes were painted she tried to put my flip flops back on right away. It hadn't even been a full minute yet! And, she was telling me I had to leave in 5 minutes-- as if my nails would be dry in 5 minutes! I told her I was waiting 10 and htat was all there was to it. There were only 2 other customers inthere and one was already done and at the manicure drying table. It was a *horrible* terribly humiliating situation. They treated me as if I were a leper. The place was dirty and very cluttered. There was no music and the workers wouldn't shut the hell up for even a minute. It was loud, unwelcoming and personally offensive. It was like being a sports bar in a foreign country where no one likes you. Finally, a woman came in during my service and was asking questions about making an appointment and pricing. Her questions were very rudely answered and I could almost feel her surprise at how poorly she was being treated. And, after she left, the woman who "helped' her immediately began mimicing her and making fun of her. Another woman joined in --you dont' have to speak the language to understand ridicule-- and they had a nice time making fun of that woman in front of the whole store. It was atrocious behavior-- they were like junior high bullies. It *used* to be a nice place- I really enjoyed going there.Now it's crappy and it is in the wrong neighborhood. Though, I can't imagine any neighborhood benfiting from this terrible, horrible staff.This unwelcoming, rude, poorly trained staff needs to be replaced. I stand behind this review 100%. It is completely accurate and honest. Spend your money at a place that will appreciate you-- this place is horrible. read more

I have been going to this salon for over 2 years and everytime I go in, they ask me the same 2 things. "you live around here " "who you have do your nails?" Not very good customer service. I ask for acrylic refill, they tell me "I give you gel! That $5.00 more". Recently had. New full set put on. The girl would not listen to what I wanted. They looked like horse hooves!!! I want to start my review by letting you know that the store owners were busy and tying to get out of work early. So that's why I still gave 2 stars. I was greeted quickly but I did not get the nails I wanted. I wanted to get full set of acrylic nails in a soft pink color and coffin/ballerina shaped. They person who did my nails was in such a hurry, and didn't care that the file was hurting me. The shape ended up being just round and THREE of my nails were crooked! I have the courage to speak up and tell him about the crooked nails but I was ignored. Also, rather than getting the soft pink acrylic color I requested, I got regular polish over my nails. Not gel, just regular polish that was a shimmer see through color. The room was also very hot. Not a comfortable environment to get you nails done in. read more
