I used to be a milspouse and while we lived in CO l had a horrific experience with a jewelry repair. All I needed was a watch battery replaced but two jewelry stores stripped the screws on the back of the watch! The one jewelry store kept telling me week after week that the screws needed this lubricant to help them unscrew. After 4+ weeks of this nonsense l finally told them to give me the watch back, we were done. I found that they were unable to get any screws out because all 4 were still in when l received it back (a lie from them saying they were waiting on the last 1-2 to unlock). I ended up visiting my family in CA and Brian and his wonderful jewelers not only had it fixed in less than a week, they also gave it a thorough look over and put in new screws that work better than the originals that came with it. I also had an antique platinum setting that l bought to use as my wedding ring except the middle diamond in the original setting was really small. I had a larger one to have set into it and there is NO ONE else l would trust with that! They did a beautiful job and you'd never know it wasn't original to the ring. It looks like it was meant to be that way. A secretary at my kiddos' school was telling me about her ring that so many jewelers couldn't fix. I recommended her to this shop. Although she went to their Mission Viejo location instead, she said she was thrilled that they were finally able to fix her ring when so many others said it couldn't be done. Currently, my late dad's Rolex is being checked by their watch person. My mom and stepdad have both gone through their watch person as well and have had no complaints. I think the best thing is the relief l feel when dropping my jewelry off here. I know that it will be in the best care and get the fix it needs. Brian stands by his work and l can say that from an issue (that would have happened when repairing it anywhere) that happened and Brian has more than made it right in the very rare situation that has happened. Brian's expertise and integrity is unmatched. I trust him implicitly and only come here for any repairs l need done. They are kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

First and foremost, Sam took the time to listen to what I wanted done and offered thoughtful guidance. He is honest to the core, in that he will suggest what to spend your money on--wisely. He does not use the unethical sales tactic of up-selling as do some other jewelry retailers. On various occasions, I had shown him pieces of jewelry that I had inherited from my relatives. After careful observation, he communicated to me what pieces were worth redesigning or resetting, and then took the time to explain every facet of each project with which I had decided to proceed. Sam is a craftsman and has a keen eye for detail and precision, along with a vision and foresight of what the product will be upon completion. On one occasion, while coordinating a more complex project, he created an exact hard wax replica for me, along with a mathematical diagram for the stone setting, so that I would have complete comprehension of the finished work. I've dealt with many jewelers in the past, mostly on the East coast, and even the better ones rarely go to this extent. Sam takes great pride in his work and truly wants you to be happy. In that vein, Sam's work is unique because it is tailor-made for you, so you will not likely see any copycat pieces of his work in other jewelry stores where they often sell duplicate items. Since Sam does much custom work for many of his customers, he is selective, using only the finest grade of materials in the way of metals and stones. I am confident that the pieces Sam has designed for me will last for many decades to come, which is of utmost importance because they are timeless heirlooms that not only I hold close to my heart, but will ultimately leave to my children. Sam is a true professional and a man of integrity. The quality of his work is unsurpassed. He is wonderfully communicative and frank, and is highly knowledgeable from his many years of experience in the field. Sam keeps you posted and informed. He does the work in a very reasonable amount of time, considering the effort he puts forth with acquiring the materials needed and then constructing the particular piece. And, certainly worth mentioning, Sam remains reasonably priced in comparison to what other jewelers are charging, especially in today's market when the price of gold has significantly soared. I don't often write long reviews, but what happened today deserves to be shared…read more I walked into Swiss Connection this afternoon with something incredibly precious to me--a bent, nearly broken silver ring that my late father gave me for my birthday, the last piece of jewelry he ever gifted me before he passed away. My wedding is in one week, and I had been hoping against all odds to wear this ring as my "something blue." I wasn't sure hope would be enough. I came to Swiss Connection because every experience I've ever had with them has been marked by kindness, honesty, warmth, and true professionalism. Years ago, the owner, Jean-Jacques, replaced a watch battery for me on a Saturday morning during one of the hardest seasons of my life. I walked out of that visit smiling for the first time in days. That moment stuck with me. Today, I was met with that same care--this time from Jeremy, a jeweler whose talent and generosity truly left me speechless. From the moment he looked at the ring, Jeremy was honest. Silver is malleable, he said. He wasn't sure he could salvage it. He made no promises--only that he'd try and that he'd know within a few minutes whether anything could be done. I appreciated his transparency and the sincerity in his voice. While he worked, the staff (all incredibly kind--my golden retriever got just as warm a welcome as I did) made me feel at ease. Time passed, and when Jeremy finally emerged, he had a hopeful look in his eyes that I will never forget. He gently picked up the loose topaz stone and said he thought he might be able to set it after all. What happened next felt nothing short of miraculous. Jeremy didn't rush. He took his time. He handled that ring as if he understood exactly what it meant to me--because somehow, he did. When he reappeared again, it wasn't five minutes later. It was much longer, because he had poured genuine care and craftsmanship into trying to restore something irreplaceable. And he did. He handed me back a beautifully polished ring with the stone set securely, restored in a way I didn't think was possible. When he told me there would be no charge, the tears came immediately. I don't think I've stopped crying since. Thanks to Jeremy, I will be able to walk down the aisle next weekend wearing a piece of my dad--my something blue, and a reminder of his love on one of the most meaningful days of my life. Jeremy may not be a man of many words, but his work speaks louder than anything he could say. His craftsmanship, humility, and kindness are extraordinary. My father always appreciated true artisans--people who take pride in their craft and show heart in their work. Jeremy is absolutely one of those people. He also offered to polish and water seal the watch for a little more. Price is reasonable so I asked him to go ahead. He had the watch ready to go by the next day! Christmas was on the horizon, the wife and I had been shopping around the Fresno/Clovis area the past few months at the major jewelry chains looking for wedding bands. It was quickly apparent that the majority of the "jewelers" in the area carried similar if not the same inventory. We were looking for something with a bit more of a personal touch that would be uniquely ours. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Christina & staff. We shared our stories and instead of trying to sell us a piece of jewelry, Christina actually told us about her husband Albert the Master Jeweler. After spending 5 minutes with Albert, it only confirmed what we felt with Christina. Not once did we ever felt pressured nor did it ever feel like a business transaction. Albert is super flexible and easy to work with once we figured out each other's rhythm. Designing our own bands never crossed our minds. This was true hands on design on the client's part. This was not "let's pick a few customization and click done". You sit down with Albert and truly build the piece layer by layer. Using CAD design technology and 3D imaging, your creation is brought to life right before your eyes on the computer. Albert truly made you feel like you were his only client. The attentiveness to the client's needs was second to none. We shared laughter, cognac and stories. We would absolutely recommend Albert Kaz Jewelry to everyone and will definitely use their services again. The only piece of advice I can confer is to know what you are looking for and to not be afraid to challenge Albert's skills as a Master Jeweler. It was no coincidence that my Fiancé and I stumbled into Albert's one day. We were out looking at Engagement rings at all the typical jewelry stores. My fiancé was very adamant that he wanted me to have the ring of my dreams and not just another ring that looked like everyone else's. He looked up jewelers on Yelp and Albert's was the first to come up. He had amazing ratings and was right around the corner. So we both said why not! Giving Albert and Victoria only 5 stars is not enough! Their welcoming personalities, their knowledge, the excellent and constant form of communication, and welcoming atmosphere instantly drew us both in. Albert asked all the right questions, he reassured me I'd be able to make a custom ring to my own style and specifications and that I'd be going along with him during the entire designing process. He did not let me down! Albert does some beautiful work and I constantly felt like I was truly being listened too and was constantly being reassured by him that its not about the cost of the ring to him, it's about him creating a work of art that I'll be wearing on my finger for the rest of my life. I took my inherited 3 different jewelry pieces to few other places for possible Engagement ring design. Most places where nice but couldn't really give me good options. Internet has thousands of rings that was practically same six or seven designs. I needed old time jeweler who knows modern trends and styles or modern jeweler with old skills. I found both. Thanks to my CHP officer friends recommendation, who had similar situation and went to Albert Kaz, I also after checking their website and reviews went there. Well it's a nice place with many ideas, and expertise. First Albert cleaned and inspected my jewelry, than he asked me many questions. One of most important ? he asked was , What kind of designs and designers my girlfriend likes. It was the first place I ever where, where the owner personally made so much and verity jewelry by himself. I trusted the guy to disassemble my 3 pieces for exact stone measurement, and in fourth day he came up with the pictures. Wow, was so refreshing to see the stones on the new ring, a picture at this point. Took us two days to make a decision and after few more twists all we wanted was to have the ring complete. Tuesday I had the engagement ring in the box, in my hands. Like to post the picture but like my fiancé to say yes and wear it first. When I discovered that a treasured ring of mine had lost a diamond, there was no question in my mind that I would take it to Albert at Kaz Jewelry to repair, as he has done excellent work for me in the past. However, having moved to Washington a few years ago, I only recently learned that Kaz Jewelry had relocated their business from Fresno to Laguna Niguel - in fact, just a few miles from my old neighborhood in San Juan Capistrano! So, I sent my ring down to Albert to replace the diamond, which he did, but he went above and beyond (not a surprise, knowing him) by securing all the other stones and prongs, reconditioning the ring, rhodium-plating it to enhance it further, and polishing it. Yesterday, I received the ring back in the mail. WOW!! What a beautiful job he did. It didn't just look great, it sparkled and looked even better than new! I am always so impressed with the work Albert does. He is an artist, he's trustworthy, and so kind. How lucky South Orange County is to have Kaz Jewelry in their community! I know they will do well there. And I thank Albert so much for taking such good care of one of my favorite pieces of jewelry - one I look at on my hand every single day! My fiancé and I were looking for someone who could help us in a unique way. Her diamond was an heirloom from her great grandma and about 100 years old from Italy where her grandparents lived. We needed a jeweler that would be able to not let the diamond out of our sight. You'd think this would be a simple task, however, we quickly realized not many jewelers allowed such a request. Understandably so. Fortunately, we crossed paths with Albert Kaz and it was the best thing that could've happened. He was very understanding of our situation and was more than willing to allow us to be there every step of the way, from taking the diamond out to putting the diamond in. He customized my fiancées ring to exactly what we imagined and it came out beautifully. He also appraised the ring with the diamond in the new setting and normally this is something that has to get sent off to a lab. But he was able to do for us. So if your looking for someone who is nice, helpful, patient, trustworthy and does amazing work then go with Albert Kaz. He's truly the best thing that happened to us in my search for the perfect compliment to my fiancées diamond heirloom. First of all, I'm from Orange County and to be honest, I wasn't really expecting much when a friend of mine suggested a visit to this store. It was a Saturday afternoon, spur-of-the-moment kind of event which led me to this wonderful jewelry shopping experience. I can't even explain the top notch level of service and care this place has to offer. I've been to high end stores all over the world and Albert Kaz Jewelry truly ranks high! From the moment we walked in, I felt like a celebrity! The store was magnificent and it blew my mind! From the creative displays to the unique light fixtures, this store was a vision! Albert personally greeted us and introduced us to his wonderful staff who were beyond helpful and informative! Every piece had a unique story and you could really tell that everything was created with passion. As we went by the different displays, I kept saying to myself "you can only get ONE" lol Yeah right! I came in to his shop and had a few ideas of what I thought I wanted for my now fiancé engagement ring and trusted Albert to make it happen. Not only did he meet what I had in mind, he went above and beyond of what I was expecting. Beautiful is an understatement. Not only was I truly happy with his work, he was so friendly and easy going. He welcomed me to be apart of the ring making process, every step of the way. That's something no other place would let you He is hands down the best in the valley and I would definitely do business with Albert again. You can literally come in with pictures or and idea of what u want and let him take over with his years of expertise and know that you are getting quality back for any budget you have. Albert, the owner of KAZ Jewerly in Laguna Niguel is truly a master craftsman and artist. He recently opened his shop in Laguna Niguel. I had just been engaged to my Fiancé and we stopped in to Starbucks next door to get coffee and noticed a very nice Jewerly store a few stores down. With wedding rings on our mind, we decided to stop in after getting a cup of coffee. I am so grateful we walked in to your store, Albert made us feel like family and next thing you know, we had been chatting for a few hours, played guitar in the showroom and couldn't stop petting your dog! The process was so easy and straight forward. We really got to know Albert and loved the customs designs. We had tried a few rings on and found the perfect ring for me with customs twists. A solid white gold band brushed finished with polished bezels, a diamond on the inside of the ring next to engraved initials. I received a ring as a gift that was too big for me and needed to have it resized. I found Albert on yelp and went based off the other reviews. Albert and his staff are incredibly nice, helpful and made me feel welcome even in such a nice jewelry store when I wasn't looking to make a large purchase. He was able to explain to me the different options for resizing my ring which was very tiny and delicate so that it would hold up well and the stones would not become loose with the sizing down. He was able to add in gold to the inside of my ring to make it smaller so that it fit snuggly around my finger without ruining the settings or causing them to become loose. He was reasonably priced which was nice since the ring was a gift. It looks beautiful and fits great! Albert has been working with my fiancé and I for over a year now. He helped design the engagement ring my fiancé had always dreamed of and also later helped design her wedding bands. He took the time to design different options and really took the time to get to know us. He based designs off what we wanted and our personalities. His quality of work is unmatched and he really makes you feel comfortable during the process. I first came to Albert Kaz Jewelry to have a ring sized. I was not sure what to expect as I was new to the Fresno area. Albert himself did the work flawlessly! The customer service was very personal and friendly. While waiting to have a few additional pieces cleaned I began browsing the jewelry in the cases. Albert definitely creates beautiful unique designs. I mentioned the store to my boyfriend (hint hint) with Christmas fast approaching. Christmas morning I was delighted to recieve a gold cross pendant designed just for me by my boyfriend (with Alberts guidance of course)! Speechless. I was left absolutely speechless after receiving my engagement ring. While Albert worked on it discretely with my husband it turned out better than I could have imagined. He was very helpful and engaged during the design process especially considering we wanted a sapphire center stone and not a traditional engagement ring. I've been wanting to change up my wedding ring and go bigger on the diamond using diamonds from my band. I walked in to Albert Kaz and he assisted me himself, took his time and explained other options and totally changed the way i wanted it, to his own way and i was amazed at his honesty and how he explained what he would do and showed me how beautiful he was going to make my ring. I came here with my girlfriend to look for a ring and right as we walked in the door we were greeted in the most respectful manner! Albert was one of the nicest guys I've met by far! Him and his wife treated us both with such respect and kindness and even repaired a broken bracelet for free. We also loved seeing there adorable poodle that stays behind the counter with them, such a handsome boy! I couldn't recommend Albert Katz Jewelry enough. I love the rings that I have gotten from Albert!! His design and workmanship is superb!! it was a custom order that took a lot of work. we were constantly in and out and albert was very supportive and encouraging. He was in contact with me every step of the way, emailing me pictures as I requested and keeping me in the loop of what was going on. I've had my wedding ring for 17 years and I love it. However after that amount of time it was definitely in need of a good cleaning and inspecting. I walked in to Albert's store and was immediately impressed with how professional and accommodating he was. I used to be a milspouse and while we lived in CO l had a horrific experience with a jewelry repair. All I needed was a watch battery replaced but two jewelry stores stripped the screws on the back of the watch! The one jewelry store kept telling me week after week that the screws needed this lubricant to help them unscrew. After 4+ weeks of this nonsense l finally told them to give me the watch back, we were done. I found that they were unable to get any screws out because all 4 were still in when l received it back (a lie from them saying they were waiting on the last 1-2 to unlock). I ended up visiting my family in CA and Brian and his wonderful jewelers not only had it fixed in less than a week, they also gave it a thorough look over and put in new screws that work better than the originals that came with it. I also had an antique platinum setting that l bought to use as my wedding ring except the middle diamond in the original setting was really small. I had a larger one to have set into it and there is NO ONE else l would trust with that! They did a beautiful job and you'd never know it wasn't original to the ring. It looks like it was meant to be that way. A secretary at my kiddos' school was telling me about her ring that so many jewelers couldn't fix. I recommended her to this shop. Although she went to their Mission Viejo location instead, she said she was thrilled that they were finally able to fix her ring when so many others said it couldn't be done. Currently, my late dad's Rolex is being checked by their watch person. My mom and stepdad have both gone through their watch person as well and have had no complaints. I think the best thing is the relief l feel when dropping my jewelry off here. I know that it will be in the best care and get the fix it needs. Brian stands by his work and l can say that from an issue (that would have happened when repairing it anywhere) that happened and Brian has more than made it right in the very rare situation that has happened. Brian's expertise and integrity is unmatched. I trust him implicitly and only come here for any repairs l need done. They are kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

First and foremost, Sam took the time to listen to what I wanted done and offered thoughtful guidance. He is honest to the core, in that he will suggest what to spend your money on--wisely. He does not use the unethical sales tactic of up-selling as do some other jewelry retailers. On various occasions, I had shown him pieces of jewelry that I had inherited from my relatives. After careful observation, he communicated to me what pieces were worth redesigning or resetting, and then took the time to explain every facet of each project with which I had decided to proceed. Sam is a craftsman and has a keen eye for detail and precision, along with a vision and foresight of what the product will be upon completion. On one occasion, while coordinating a more complex project, he created an exact hard wax replica for me, along with a mathematical diagram for the stone setting, so that I would have complete comprehension of the finished work. I've dealt with many jewelers in the past, mostly on the East coast, and even the better ones rarely go to this extent. Sam takes great pride in his work and truly wants you to be happy. In that vein, Sam's work is unique because it is tailor-made for you, so you will not likely see any copycat pieces of his work in other jewelry stores where they often sell duplicate items. Since Sam does much custom work for many of his customers, he is selective, using only the finest grade of materials in the way of metals and stones. I am confident that the pieces Sam has designed for me will last for many decades to come, which is of utmost importance because they are timeless heirlooms that not only I hold close to my heart, but will ultimately leave to my children. Sam is a true professional and a man of integrity. The quality of his work is unsurpassed. He is wonderfully communicative and frank, and is highly knowledgeable from his many years of experience in the field. Sam keeps you posted and informed. He does the work in a very reasonable amount of time, considering the effort he puts forth with acquiring the materials needed and then constructing the particular piece.
