I cannot say enough about the dedication of Judy and her staff. I set up an appointment to get my wedding ring set appraised for insurance purposes. I couldn't find my original paperwork and was very lucky the number was etched on the diamond but unfortunately it was partially covered by the setting. Judy advised me on how to get the number and once I did she was able to use the number to look up the certificate for my diamond. She did an excellent job appraising the diamond. read more

I had a custom engagement ring created using stones from both of my grandmothers rings, and they were a variety of shapes and sizes. I don't know how I found out about this jeweler but she is the best I have ever dealt with. I drew a design idea as a setting for my diamond stud earrings. She made the earrings and they were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. In fact, after they were done, I saw a similar pair in the Cartier window at South Coast Plaza for an exorbitant amount and they weren't nearly as clean, bright and beautiful. She is the nicest Southern woman (from South Carolina) and is just a pleasure to do business with. Her prices are very good, especially considering the quality of her stones and work. Her inventory is beautiful and she has so many beautiful settings for people that have a diamond they may want to reset. My experience with her was just beyond exceptional. Lauren, It doesn't matter who shows up at the door - if Ruth doesn't recognize the person she hesitates to open the door. I was wearing a cap and sunglasses one day and she didn't let me in right away. I had to take my sunglasses off and put my face up to the window for her to realize that it was me and that she knew me. This is a jewelry store with many valuables - they have to be uber cautious.
