Taariyq the owner came out for an estimate a few months ago, he was on time (despite a snow storm) and was quick with his communication. The price we got from 'not Kraynik' was 1/3 higher for the same work from the 2nd company. That's just pricing though. Kraynik also came to our home and worked with us on selection, brainstorming trouble areas, and helping us understand the work. The Kraynik team knows flooring extremely well and was able to support us with any questions we have - from how do we clean and repair, what's 'surging vs binding', where to start - and lots more. Very patient with us, gave us the time we needed to understand (and we ask a lot of questions). And when it came time to do the work, I feel as if they treated my home as if it was theirs (keeping the areas as clean as possible while working, making sure we can use key areas end of day when the work required more than a day, attention to details, cleaning up end of job...). I do not understand the prior review - it comments on wearing of masks only (and Kraynik is vaxxed and boosted and maintains distance), not the work or the help.
