During my experience I couldn't help but feel the sales person was coming across sexist, ageist, and insulting with a lot of assumptions. He was also a little too curious about things that are none of his business, ironically having missed ALL of the information which would have yielded a more positive and smooth experience for me. Despite this franchise being owned by a woman which seemed like the salesperson was backpedaling to emphasize (??), the salesperson came across doubtful of the facts provided to him.
