I can't say enough about everyone in the Clifton Office. First, I would like to say that the ladies at the front desk are so important to mention. They are so consistent with their professionalism and ease when it comes to scheduling and answering any insurance questions.Every single one of them will greet you with a hello and have a nice day! (For Real) Second,It is so efficient when it comes to scheduling and time management.I have never waited in the waiting area for more than 10 minutes. The waiting area is very inviting, not jammed up or dirty or smelly. Very clean, with a eye for every holiday or season. Now Dr.Sood and his team are there to provide you with the best care possible, they do not treat you like a drug addict if you are on a pain Mgmt program, which is very important,I have had doctors treat me like this and it sucks. Dr.Sood has done 3 Injections on me for the pain,The process is Top Notch, the facilities where he does them are amazing. It is a easy process. No hospitals involved! Trust me,you will not find a better facility than Dr.Sood and the Metro Pain Centers facilities. I would give them 10 stars if I could !! These days alot offices miss the big picture, which is care and ease for the patient, working to help the patient to have a better everyday life. They do that the best they can. You Have a name here not a number or what type of insurance do you have and all that other bullshit! Thank You goes to everyone I have dealt with here,I really do appreciate all of you.I felt this was the best thing I could do to give my thanks to each of you..You don't here this as much as you all should. Thank You!

He then asked to see all of my recent reports (Xray, MRI, procedures) which I produced ASAP along with my chiropractor who has access to the other doctor's portal. Dr Sood promised to follow up with a call a few days later. That day passed, so I left another and a THIRD message for the staff to text him that I was waiting for his call; they gave me yet a second and third tele- appointment to go over the reports, resulting in nothing but radio silence. Today I emailed their "referral dept" to complain but no one seems to know what they are doing vis a vis communications between patients and the Dr. I assume two things; 1- he is pissed that I went over his head 2- and/or doesn't know HOW TO DO the alternate procedure the other doctor recommended. goodbye to a sad ending of giving him years of my business. I have since found a new Dr who is on top of things. Sort of crazy that one has to jump through so many hoops (3 doctors) to get proper care.

Anyway, I ended up with a very angry abscess, went to one of those online doctors for $65 and got antibiotics and a dental rinse, and as soon as the swelling was sufficiently down, I decided to just have the tooth yanked. Back molar, not going to miss it too much, a lot cheaper than even going to Los Algones Mexico for a root canal which honestly these days makes a lot more sense than having it done for the higher price (even when factoring in air fare and hotel for dental tourism to Mexico) here in the States. In any case, everyone, and I mean everyone at this office is so friendly and polite and professional and efficient. It just so happened, and I certainly can't guarantee this nor could this dentist, but I ended up being charged slightly less than the estimate they gave me. Even had it been the top and of the estimate, it's still would have been a good deal. I would add that I am not a fan of Novocaine at all, and have had dental work done before without the shot because the regular pain I can handle, but I'm a baby about the Novocaine shot. This time I didn't want to mess around since I was having a tooth pulled, but the dentist gave a fantastic shot and the entire procedure he did an excellent job. The healing process has been going very well with the exception of a bit of sharp bone sticking out the inner side of my gum (according to Google, this is not abnormal after a tooth extraction) and attacking my tongue on that side. I let them know about this today which is a Monday. I'm not scheduled to be back to have the stitches out until Thursday, but they told me that they would fit me in tomorrow. So let's review: everyone in that office is friendly, professional, responsive, accommodating and efficient, the pricing is very gentle, and the dentist himself Dr. Doktorman does excellent work. So if you're anywhere in reasonable commute distance and in need of a dentist, this seems like a pretty obvious choice. Going to a dentist is not recreational, but seriously, you're going to be happy with them here.

It works by giving the surgeon a magnified, 3D high-definition view of the surgical site while they control robotic arms with instruments from a console." Dr Michael Pitter (RIP) was my Doctor who performed this masterful work. The nursing staff was simply divine with their TLC, compassion and professionalism kindness towards me. I was preparing to have my Mammogram and Ultrasound done. However, I was informed by my scheduler at Columbia Doctors that I needed my images from my last mammogram (2014) with Hackensack University Medical Center. Today, nothing has changed with the remarkable, caring, positive staffers, that give TLC as their standard. A professional body of heartwarming staff at Hackensack University Medical Center. I called and requested my images. They returned the call the next day, and my images and report were ready. I drove to NJ, got my ticket stamped for free parking from the Breast Cancer Screening Center. Dropped off my images to Columbia Doctors on West 51st Street in the heart of Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall (so cool). At the end of the movie, it was a joyous experience that made me feel truly gratefully happy and cared for by Hackensack University Medical Center and Columbia Doctors/NY Presbyterian Hospital. The great news is that my Mammogram and Ultrasound was negative. AMEN

I absolutely give 5 stars to the day time nurses I had during my time in 3LW. The night shift I cannot say the same. I felt avoided and ignored entirely at night other than them waking me up for blood work and vitals roughly. For two days I dealt with nonsense and excuses just waiting for an MRI brain scan. Finally one of the APNs was able to escalate my MRI up about 8 hours earlier. I came to Hackensack because they're supposed to have an amazing triage process and broad range of care. I had seen and witnessed so many patients with non emergency issues coming to the hospital and passing me over for things they should be going to an urgent care or their normal PCP for. After 3 days I left with zero diagnosis or information about my condition. A complete waste of my time coming here.

Someone much wiser (and older!) than myself said that the tragedy of old age is that in your mind…read moreyou still feel the same as it was in your youth but your body - like a car - starts to fall apart and needs a tuning and maybe replacement parts from time to time. So you reach the half-a-century mark and it's time for your very first colonoscopy. (Although they've been pushing to lower the age to 45, I hear.) Everyone from the lady at the front desk to the handful of nurses and technicians were stellar. You're running on fumes (I'll spare you exactly what 'prep day' is all about) and probably cranky and nervous (guilty as charged!) and all of 'this' is very strange so it's nice that everyone was personable, professional, and respectful. I also appreciated that they were sending me texts a day before my scheduled procedure (to make sure I was following all the detailed instructions properly) as well as a text checking on me the day after (to make sure you're doing good). My biggest/only issue: the same it is with almost every doctor for every field out there... their overbooking and zero consideration of how valuable your time is. 10:15 was my scheduled arrival time. I didn't get my name called till 11:45 to start the whole shebang. I'm not sure how you can square that circle. 90 minutes is bordering on ridiculous, let's be honest. (I can't tell you how many times I watched the same handful of stories for News 12 NJ that was playing on the one TV in their lobby.) But... maybe it's the aftereffects of the propofol (your mind will be blown how fast you're knocked out and then it feels like two seconds passed when they're waking you up and you realize they're finished and you're done) but everything else was a positive experience (and I'm tickled pink I don't have to go again for another decade - by then I'll probably forget how horrible all the prepping was) that I'm not docking any stars. (But you've been warned.)

Told to be timely and then you wait and wait about 2 hours to have the procedure start. They do not book the appointments properly. The facility and their style and manner of running the facility is horrible. Rude and when you ask if they are running behind - they say a little when you see when you arrive at 10:15 and that is your appointment, there are three others in the waiting room ahead of you. There is no respect for the patients' time. Dr. Roth thank you but I am sure you would not want to be treated in this manner.
