When the car was in a wreck, the air bags deployed and the car was 75% damaged on the front end. I had brought the car over to Kraigs to get somethings fixed shortly after buying it, there was glass coming out of the vents, a bad front sensor on the front side and more. It all makes sense now. The car should have never been sold to me and my child as it was clearly unsafe. No one, would buy a car off their lot knowing it was in that serious of a wreck previously. They wanted me to bring back the car to them and trade, but I refuse to give them anymore of my money. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to buy a car.

I was told that they repaired the transmission along with other body work and that they were still waiting for a boot axle. After several phone calls and week after week of the promise to have the car ready, I finally got it back. Just to be sure the work they had done was solid, we took it to a dealer where a master mechanic could check it out. We were asked to come to the repair shop at the dealer and he showed us a shop light and asked us if we were missing one. No, we hadn't ever seen it before. It was left in the engine and was caught in a fan! The mechanic went on to say that the transmission was not repaired and actually would need to be replaced as the housing was cracked. There was an attempt to seal the crack but it had failed. Had we not gotten the vehicle checked out, we would have likely blown the engine. Also, the boot axle was not repaired and had to be done, basically telling me they lied to me when I was told by the shop mechanic it was being ordered and that was one of the reasons for the delay. I will never recommend this shop to another person and felt it necessary to review them.
