She got all the specs of sand out and made the interior and exterior shine like new again. A week later and the rain still beads and rolls off the cars from her waxing; a true testament that she did it right! Also, they did a great job with the leather cleaning and conditioning. I was then called 24 hours prior to my scheduled appointment and was told that I had to either reschedule said appointment because they had overbooked, needless to say I am upset and will not be returning or making an appointment with this company ever again.
