This is the biggest scam ! I called this number to see if I could get replacement digital doors for my front door and side garage door. When on the phone the lady dispatcher said she would have the service provider contact me. When the guy called me he said what do you need, and I told him. His name was Rom and could barely understand him. Rom said I'll be at your house at 1 with no price given. As he arrived he came with another guy and showed me two digital locks that you can get at Homedepot for 100 bucks max. He said the front door would cost me $950 dollars and side garage $550 dollars! I said wait what! He said but don't worry I'll give you good price and my two boys were needing to go to the bathroom. I told him hold on. When I got back the front lock was off. He proceeded and I told him it was too much and that I didn't want it. He said don't worry I'll get you good price. I called back the dispatch and told them the situation they had no clue or anything they could do but contact the guy ROMs manager who I couldn't speak to. I told him that lock sells at Home Depot for 100 dollars and he continued to say no way this is not from there and that these ones are only sold to the company locksmiths which was a total lie. I showed him a picture and he continued to say it wasn't the same one which is was. He is lucky my kids were there and I was trying to be cordial. In order for them to leave the best he could do was $850 dollars and irritated as I was I just wanted them out. He said that he never seen his manger get this big of a discount and it would be more with taxes and other fees but that I got lucky. I paid the amount but if you are reading this review please stay away. I am in the service industry and that had to be the biggest scam I allowed myself to encounter but for everyone out there trust me this place should not even be in business . I will report to the Better Business Bureau because they should be out of business for scamming people. read more

I use this company to open a basic door lock. Told me the estimate was $110-$120. When he came, costed me $150, I found a 10% coupon, so I paid $135. But it was opened by destroyed the door lock! I will need to buy new lock and installation fees so the cost will be another a few hundred bucks! I feel I was scammed.
