I wasn't given a price over the phone was told they had to look at the car first when they came they showed me 2 keys 1 for $180 and the other for $280 which had all the buttons to lock and unlock it. They were at my house for about an hour then they said they still couldn't get the code and they would be back in an hour when they came back he told me he would give me the $280 key for the same price as the first one. After all was said and told the price I was given at the beginning was $360 180 for key and 180 to program it. Somehow the final price got changed from $380 to $545 FOR ONE KEY. He told me he never said it was $180 but I have it recorded on the ring of him saying it. And he said I had to pay for his time and gas service fees and tax. I called and set appointments with 2 other locksmiths, and then never called me back, came to my house or called to tell me they aren't coming. My technician was Tom. He is very communicative on what he is going to do, and very verbal to call me to confirm our appointment, tell me how far he is from my house, and how long it will take him. His work was quality, fast, and affordable. He arrived around 2 o'clock (like he said he would) and left within the hour, talk about speed. Once here, I realized that I didn't have the keys to the deadbolt and doorknob of garage door. I needed someone to come program an ECU to my Jeep Liberty so I called this guy. My car would start but die out seconds later but after this guy put his hands on it my car would not crank at all. I know how to program a computer box to a car but I don't have a programmer. And this guy said he knows what he was doing so I let him do his thing. He made a copy of my key in his car. Told me he couldn't find the "key code" to the car told me it costs $80 to get it from the dealership. Ended up fucking up the new ECU to the Jeep. Now it doesn't even work. Told me I still needed to pay him $30 fee for showing up. I didn't give him SH*T! He had a "trainee"or something with him and started yelling at him in their language to get in the car. This is the biggest scam ! I called this number to see if I could get replacement digital doors for my front door and side garage door. When on the phone the lady dispatcher said she would have the service provider contact me. When the guy called me he said what do you need, and I told him. His name was Rom and could barely understand him. Rom said I'll be at your house at 1 with no price given. As he arrived he came with another guy and showed me two digital locks that you can get at Homedepot for 100 bucks max. He said the front door would cost me $950 dollars and side garage $550 dollars! I said wait what! He said but don't worry I'll give you good price and my two boys were needing to go to the bathroom. I told him hold on. When I got back the front lock was off. He proceeded and I told him it was too much and that I didn't want it. He said don't worry I'll get you good price. I called back the dispatch and told them the situation they had no clue or anything they could do but contact the guy ROMs manager who I couldn't speak to. I told him that lock sells at Home Depot for 100 dollars and he continued to say no way this is not from there and that these ones are only sold to the company locksmiths which was a total lie. I showed him a picture and he continued to say it wasn't the same one which is was. He is lucky my kids were there and I was trying to be cordial. In order for them to leave the best he could do was $850 dollars and irritated as I was I just wanted them out. He said that he never seen his manger get this big of a discount and it would be more with taxes and other fees but that I got lucky. I paid the amount but if you are reading this review please stay away. I am in the service industry and that had to be the biggest scam I allowed myself to encounter but for everyone out there trust me this place should not even be in business .
