She injured my toe and asked me why I was flinching when she was trying to file it. It was bleeding. When I went to sit down at her table for my nails, I picked her nail clippers off the floor and she used them on me. Ugh.. I got a fill and wanted Glaze donut nails. Thought I'd show you the outcome. To be fair I asked her to shape them From the square to almond. When I went to wash them I could see they were pointing to the side. I paid extra for the filing too. Extra to have them filed. Filed into almond shape and they were not almond. The tech hurt me several times.. so I knew I wasn't returning because of that. But these nails. ‍ This isn't ok. I just can't recommend. If you like your nails like this.. this is your spot I think they should refund my card f so I can fix them before I have to work. The cut could get infected. . I must say I'm genuinely so disappointed in how awful their quality of service has gotten. I got my nails manicured by the owner. I'm not sure her name, but I know her face. Very beautiful tiny woman. I asked for a simple French tip manicure. They looked wonderful, from afar. I was weary because she was rushing through my service. My nails would cure for seconds before she had me pulling my hand out to continue. The tips looked fine but later upon reflection, they were uneven and a little lopsided. This is all something I would be ok with and I'd simply let go and move on, not really nitpicking the quality BUT, like the next week they started peeling and lifting and chipping. It's been maybe 2-3 weeks at this point and I have like a total of 3 frenchies and a half left on my hands! Girls, if you can, just go home based. Or any other salon. My manicures have lasted months and grow out when I go to my home based girl. I once loved Kikais but yeah their quality is terrible now, I don't recommend it if you want a pretty manicure to last.

Please know exactly what color you want before coming here--because if you don't like it (even the next day), this salon will make you pay for a polish change. Most nail salons will fix or change polish within the first week (some, like The Golden Hour, even allow two weeks). I normally stick to what I know, but my very sweet nail tech suggested trying something different. I gave it a chance, even slept on it, but the color just didn't look good on me. I reached out to her directly--she responded right away and explained the salon policy. I wasn't upset with her at all. My husband then called management to see if they'd work with us, but we were told this is "their policy and will not change." For context: * Appointment was 10/4 at 6PM (they closed at 7). * We called back on 10/5 at 1:30PM (they opened at 10). That's less than 5 business hours later--and still, no flexibility. On top of that, I was charged $70 for a Gel-X "fill" that was literally just a file, shape, gel, and chrome. No new tips, no designs. Before service I was told: $65 for any size Gel-X + $15 for chrome. The tech then suggested I just do a "fill" instead (since my nails were in good shape), but she never said it would be the same price as a brand-new set. Between the overpriced service and the refusal to fix or change anything--even within hours--this was an unfortunate and disappointing experience. I've been to many salons in different areas and have never encountered such rigid and unfriendly policies. If you're looking for quality, fairness, or convenience, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Warning this place is a health hazard! This place barely gets 2 stars because it was extremely…read moreunsanitary. Although the gel manicure I had done looked ok initially, they reused the tools without sanitizing between clients (have you seen those giant UV machines or the sealed packets they pull out with a freshly sanitized set of tools - that was no where to be seen) my technician (who was very friendly - hence the only reason I didn't give this place 1 star) pulled out the tools from her drawer and the nail buffer and file from a plastic bag that held several of them with different usage. The floor also had stains, you could probably find nicer furniture if you went dumpster diving, and the smell of incense was overwhelming! They dilute the polishes with acetone to maximize the amount of customers they can use it on - the technician did it in front of me. I'm not familiar with the health codes for a nail salon but I have to imagine this place was violation. I immediately canceled the pedicure and blamed it on forgetting that I needed to be somewhere. Again, I feel really bad destroying an establishment with such friendly technicians but I feel compelled to warn folks before they get an infection or fungus. I hope they see this and make some much needed changes.
