She didn't wash her hands in between clients This is Las Vegas where everybody is sweaty and gross. Did she wipe down the chair after the last client left? No she did not. I watched her escort the client out take me straight in and never clean anything in between She reeked of body odor the whole appointment She was applying so much pressure on my forehead that by the end of the appointment I had a raging headache and constant neck pain When she removed the tape from my upper lids, she ripped it off despite my flinching and gasping in pain and she just kept ripping even on the next eye Then I had my lashes glued to my bottom lash and she just kind of aggressively separated those two When I went to get out of the chair I couldn't figure out how to sit it back up and I mentioned that twice. I was so eager to get the heck out of there that I climbed out of the chair and she laughed at me while doing it. I paid for 90 minutes and I got 75 at best. If this had been the first time I got to fill,, I would never have done Lashes again. Lucky for me I know this is an anomaly because I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years.

Right after I told the manicure technician I wanted regular polish, she started applying a gel top coat, so I had to stop her and remind her that I wasn't getting gel. She also rushed through the manicure, leaving polish missing along the sides of every nail and around the cuticles. I wasn't sure how to point it out in the moment without making things awkward, so I stayed quiet. To make matters worse, they brought me my receipt while I was still getting my nails done, and I noticed they had charged me for a gel mani-pedi instead of regular polish. I had to correct them yet again. I paid around $60-70 before tip, which I think is far too expensive for the quality of service I received. Within just two days, my manicure had already started chipping, and it became even more obvious where the polish had been missed. Now, only a week later, my nails look so worn and chipped that there's no point in keeping the polish on. While I really appreciated the quality of the pedicure, the manicure and overall experience were disappointing. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and longer-lasting results.

There have been multiple times where Mary messed up my nails and then blamed me for them breaking, saying I waited too long and should come every two weeks. She knows I always get a gel pedicure, and when the powder grows out, she has to rebuild it--but every time she gives me attitude about it, like I'm not going to pay for the service. My toes are very inconsistent. One foot will have short nails and the other will look bigger because of the powder, and it ends up looking uneven and unfinished. It feels like there isn't enough attention to detail. On top of that, every service feels like it's done with an attitude, which makes the experience uncomfortable instead of relaxing. I've also noticed staff going straight to their phones after finishing with clients, and it feels unprofessional. Hearing staff talk about clients in another language is also uncomfortable. I've seen other customers unhappy and the response is usually defensive instead of helpful. The last time I went, Mary argued with me about my uneven nails and even told me not to come back. Then when I went to pay, it felt like she assumed I wasn't going to pay--but I still paid $65 for uneven and unfinished work. Overall, the service and quality have gone down, and it doesn't feel worth the money anymore. I hope management sees this and makes changes, because I would consider coming back if things improve.
