I've gone to this nails salon quite a few times! I wasn't going to complain but now the gel polish is peeling off and is not like the usual one other places have used on my acrylics. I am currently not working so not a lot of ware and tare on my nails like there would be if I was currently employed. Besides the acrylics not working out , I also got a pedicure and my right big toe is infected. All and all I wouldn't recommend. :(

I'm currently visiting Vegas for my birthday from California. I was just looking around for a nail salon and came across this one. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted. They sat me right away for a pedicure without an appointment. The girls there were all so nice and very talkative. It was relaxing and super clean in there. If I'm ever in Vegas again, I will definitely come back here for services! LOVE LOVE LOVE the atmosphere and how my nails and toes came out. Definitely worth coming here!

my daughter and I came here today and although the nail tech was nice and everything, her work wasn't so great. both of our nails are crooked and lumpy and I feel like we were overcharged. I will not b coming back. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Found this place randomly on google maps! Not from Vegas! Not very friendly! Came in for a pedicure lady was very short and rude! Wanted $55 for a pedicure gel! But all I got was a foot wash! And paint! Rushed at that! She acted like she couldn't hear me talking to her the entire time! Then asked loudly would you please scrub she didn't answer and continued to do what she was doing! Then put all the nasty foot scratches in my water smh!!! Wow! I will never recommend this place! She isn't friendly and noticed wasn't very concerned if I was ok! She rushed me out that seat with a sloppy coat of paint!! Very lazy!!! Had the nerve to charge 55$ read more

The best pedicure ever!! Jessica was all about making my experience about what I needed. Her energy and vibe were amazing. The best therapeutic pedicure I've ever had. To the owner: this girl is a keeper!! I came in with a toe nail that had no saving Grace. I injured it which meant it had to be cut down and ugh! Who wants to do Vegas with jacked toes?! She worked her magic!! I left feeling toe beautiful! Throughout my experience, she made sure I was comfortable and asked if I was satisfied with my color. New to the area do I was looking for a new nail salon home. This is the 2nd shop I've tried out, and the 1st was AWFUL. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's a Brown owned and operated business. I don't even think I've ever been in a nail salon where I understood everyone at all times lol. I got a gel spa pedicure from Arianna and it was honestly one of the most thorough jobs I've experienced. I will absolutely be coming back! I just moved in to the area and went an entire month without visiting a nail salon. I have no recommendations out here (new state) so I decided to wait while we finish up the move. This salon is really clean and the ladies working are super nice. No doubt about it and nothing negative to say about them. They were all sweet. I came in for an acrylic, ombre fill and a pedicure. My 2 big toes need acrylic nails from a prior injury, so I expected to pay a little more for that. I sat down for my pedi first and they charge an additional $12/per toe to remove my old nail and add another one.. Fine. Expensive, but whatever. They soaked my 2 toes for 20min, so I'm just sitting their doing nothing. The girl comes back and the pedicure begins. I was there for over 2 HOURS and my fill hasn't even begun.. Finally, I get to the nail station and I'm waiting another 10min for the girl who did my pedi to clean everything up at her other station.. over 2hrs at this point. The girl finally gets to me and I ask the owner about how long a fill would take, A FILL, not a full set, and she says about 1.5-2hrs!! And then, the girl mentions to the owner it's an ombre fill so it'll take longer. The owner asks how long and tech replies "idk, I've never done ombre but I can try‍" They were about to give me a tech who has NEVER done my type of nails before and they would have charged me full price for inexperienced work. That was kind of shady tbh. I know people need to practice, but usually people get discounted prices for discounted work. I decided to leave. The owner said she can help me in about 15min and she knows how to do them. I said ok, but waiting for so long and seeing how comfortable they were having me sit there so long just didn't sit well with me, so I decided to leave. Looking at my toes, I can see I was helped by someone who doesn't know what they're doing, but I was definitely charged every last cent they wanted for poor quality. **I know I have acrylic on my two big toes, but NEVER have I been to a salon who left me with massive gaps between my nail and my actual toe. I paid $54 for a pedicure. It would have been an additional $50 for a fill + and hour and a half longer. read more

Soooo the lady who did my nails was super nice and accommodating. I got an ombré full set and it was $70 which is steep if you ask me. They're short, no designs, nothing special. The 3 stars are for her. I would give my 20 minute pedicure 1 star though because for 55$ it looks like I did them, there was nothing special about it, she didn't even touch my cuticles, and 2 days later my feet were rough again. $120 was a lot for basic vibes. read more

This was our first time going to this place & all i can say is everything was amazing. Their customer service is great!! The vibe you feel when you're in the salon getting anything done is relaxing. The nail techs stay having a conversation with you. They meet your needs on whatever you request if you show inspo pictures or have a specific design you want. They were all very gentle on doing our pedicures & manicures. Highly recommend going here. Definitely my go to spot from now on. read more

Maria did it again. This place is give bomb. They get really busy but there do with the wait. Make an appointment so your not waiting and if yuh have to wait a bit be patient you won't be disappointed. They are so amazing and perfectionist. I called in the morning to get an appointment and I lucked out and got one right away. I was a bit nervous because I'm really picky with my nail shape. Asia was amazing and took her time to take off an old set for me without making me sweat. She was so kind I have only good things to say about her. I'm writing this review late to show how good Asia is and also how lazy I've been. It's been a month and my nails still look good, no lifting, no breakage. IT'S DIRTY STAY AWAY. D'Amour nails has been my go to salon for a little until I went this past Saturday 08/31; made an appointment for a gel pedicure & acrylic soak off. I noticed I got a burning sensation right before my gel was going to get applied but I ignored it since I didn't think it was something to worry about. Like 2 hrs after my toe looked like this!!! I got an infection bc the tools used on me were obviously NOT SANITIZED. Now I'm left with my toes like this right before my birthday!! I'm so upset & grossed out. Like what do I do now????? ***UPDATE*** It was known not to be an infection after all (THANKFULLY) but it was a burn. Nayeli, owner of the salon, had contacted me right away apologized, & reassured they take their sanitization seriously. Apparently the nail tech made the mistake of cutting too close to my cuticle making it an open wound & once the pre-gel coat was applied it burned the area. Thank you Nayeli for getting back to me & making sure to make everything right. Businesses like this should always be given a second chance, the effort is always appreciated, mistakes happen! read more

I believe it's important to expose my son to typical experiences (like getting your hair cut at a salon), so when I came across Chelsea's video on Instagram, I jumped to it quickly. Her salon is clean & simple (not overwhelmed with colors and decor like a kid's salon would be) - which is perfect as my son is easily overwhelmed. She had a cart of sensory toys for my son to play with & allotted for extra time to get him comfortable with her before she started his haircut. She did everything to prevent any autism tantrums or meltdowns my son could have possibly. He did amazing! This was the best my son ever did with getting a haircut! We couldn't be any happier with the outcome. We live on the opposite end on the valley from The Beauty Lab but will be coming back for the amazing service.

Also, if you are coming in to get your lashes filled and you got your full set somewhere else they will charge you extra because the original fill wasn't from them. I was not happy about that.

She didn't wash her hands in between clients This is Las Vegas where everybody is sweaty and gross. Did she wipe down the chair after the last client left? No she did not. I watched her escort the client out take me straight in and never clean anything in between She reeked of body odor the whole appointment She was applying so much pressure on my forehead that by the end of the appointment I had a raging headache and constant neck pain When she removed the tape from my upper lids, she ripped it off despite my flinching and gasping in pain and she just kept ripping even on the next eye Then I had my lashes glued to my bottom lash and she just kind of aggressively separated those two When I went to get out of the chair I couldn't figure out how to sit it back up and I mentioned that twice. I was so eager to get the heck out of there that I climbed out of the chair and she laughed at me while doing it. I paid for 90 minutes and I got 75 at best. If this had been the first time I got to fill,, I would never have done Lashes again. Lucky for me I know this is an anomaly because I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years.
