Let me start by saying I had a TERRIBLE experience when I had stripes put on my previous car, so when I started the process of finding a location for my new car, I was skeptical, nervous, etc. Then I found Kris at KB Signs. He almost immediately put me at ease and explained why my previous striping experience turned out the way it did which was primarily due to cheap vinyl being used. Another thing that resonated with me was when he told me treats these jobs like art. He takes pride in his work and is as picky about it as I am and that says a lot. Fast forward a few days to when I was about to get the striping done. Again, I was nervous, but no longer skeptical. When I met Kris and Russell, I instantly felt at ease and knew they would take good care of my car. A few hours later my pride and joy was done and when I first saw it, I nearly passed out. I tend to keep my emotions inside, so they probably had no idea what I was thinking, but I was so impressed with their workmanship and pride they have for their art. After washing my car today and seeing the striping in the sunlight, I am in love. Like deeply in love! I actually stumbled upon KB Signs by scouring through Yelp as a desperate man in need of rally stripes put on his Mustang. I actually called a few places before settling on KB Signs, but Kris showed the best response time as well as the best price so my mind was made up. Kris was extremely easy to work with and made sure to walk me through the process of how the stripes were going to be placed on my car and that rest assured, it was in good hands. Dropped the car off for a few hours and when Kris called me to come pick it up, I was amazed! I did a full walk around and everything looked in line and most importantly, it looked sharp! The car looked like a whole new beast! He did a FANTASTIC job and I am extremely happy with the service. So the owner, I believe his name is Kris, just sent me an very interesting email to my work email address after I left the one star review. Our entire office is in shock of his ridiculous and juvenile behavior. This is exactly what our company was not cool with. I Hate leaving a Bad Review on this guys, First of all I would like to say this is a review about their customer service and not his quality of work. I was referred to KB Signs by a family member, I contacted Kris by email and his response time was fairly quick (Same day), I finally got to his shop gave me a very competitive quote, I looked at his work and it seemed that he does a good job. after a few back and forward emails, I told him I wanted to move forward with the job and we agreed to a price, a really good deal by the way! It took me a few days for me to get him all the logos and High resolution images for the design, he did not responded back until 4 days later, and said "I will download all of the files and let you know if we need anything else before the proof" He never responded back to me! I called him multiple times and never responded to my calls, One time his assistant answered and said he had stepped out and he was going to call me in a few minutes, he never called me. I waited a few more days and nothing! I kept calling the shop and they would never pickup the phone, finally one day he picked up and said oh we have been busy doing other jobs? seriously after 3 weeks (not a single email or call?) he said he downloaded all the files and his designer is working on them and that he would call me back the next day, he never called! it has been about a month since that one time and still have not heard from him, I sent him one last email asking him to please let me know if he is doing the job or not so I can go ahead and look somewhere else, well it has been 3 weeks since that last email I sent him and he never responded. I don't know if he quoted me really low and he just backed out of the deal and just didn't want to do it or what, he was just very very unprofessional!! If I was you I would spend a little extra money and take my business somewhere else. I finally went somewhere else closer to me where I actually got a better deal and better customer service! read more
