I got a chip in my windshield while driving on the highway. I called KC Auto Glass on a Monday and in a couple minutes was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. Mark came out to my work, was professional, and fixed the chip quickly. He said it would still be visible, which I expected. I didn't want the chip to turn into a crack, and a chip repair is cheaper than a new windshield. The price was reasonable (half what a national glass repair chain quoted me) and it's nice to support a local business. Absolutely the best! After someone tried to steal my car and broke my drivers side window I was so frazzled and stressed out, but Mark really helped me feel better about the situation. My mom called Mark that morning and he was so quick to come fix my window! He was kind and showed genuine concern for the situation, he even vacuumed up the glass. I mentioned to him that my rear view mirror was missing and asked where I could find one and he said he would look and let me know, even said he would install one! Extremely pleased with the service from KC Autoglass! We had a cracked windshield that wouldn't pass MO auto inspection unless replaced. I called around to several places for estimates to replace the windshield. KC Autoglass was by far the cheapest (literally half the price of the big name place down the road) AND the price included them coming to my house to replace it in my driveway! Made the appointment for a Friday between noon and 3:00 pm. He was here by 12:50. Took about 45 minutes or so and was done! New windshield looks great. He mentioned to me that there were a couple tears on the fabric inside the passenger-side by the windshield and that he wasn't sure if they were there or not when he started but offered to have them repaired! Honestly, I don't know if they were there before or not? They aren't big tears and I'll never see them, so declined his offer to address them. But I am extremely impressed that he pointed them out and offered to have it fixed regardless if he did it or not! I feel as though I got a great deal and am pleased with the work! Great, fast service and convenience. I requested online quotes from several windshield repair places, and Mark got back to me with the lowest price. He was able to schedule me for the next day, which was great. There was a bit of a mix-up: Although we made the appointment by phone, Mark got me confused with someone else (referred to the wrong email) and showed up with a windshield for the wrong kind of car. No problem, he immediately went back, got the correct windshield for my car, and still replaced it that day. Probably a good lesson for both of us to make sure we've nailed down all the details. After getting a few quotes, I settled on KC AutoGlass for my new windshield.
