My husband loaded the cart on the trailer and our home in Hamilton, Mo to Excelsior. They were friendly, but they should be in the business of selling parts only! Our cart need to be fixed by a knowledgeable mechanic. He left the cart to be fixed, but when all was said and done, we paid $247.00 (estimate) for a dip stick and a spark plug! When we got it home and tried it out it did start, but had mainly the same problem.......no electricity to get it started and run. They really did not seem to have a clue. It is our impression that they were only interested in selling parts. Mr. Millet even suggested that my husband might want to put a new carburator on it. We took the golf cart to another golf repair place and now it is fixed, and the new mechanic only charged us $75 for labor. The golf cart did not need parts.......it only needed repaired. If we need a part for the cart we might buy it from GolfCars but the man we will call first is in Trenton, Mo.

We've been going to Kings Carts now Ozark Golf Carts and Utility Vehicles for years for service and bought our current golf cart there. We went there after removing the axel hoping they could order one that would fit our year golf cart. They found a used one they had on hand and gave us a very reasonable price. We also ended up buying four new tires and wheels while we are there. This is a great local business and they were very helpful even giving me tips and advice on how to install the new axel with all the existing parts from the old axel.

From the beautiful clubhouse to the well stocked pro shop, this place is first class all the way. We stopped to get a cart and the young lady was very helpful and got us going right away. Also, nice new golf carts vs. some places that have a plaque that says " Jack Nicklaus rode in this as a teenager." The course is beautiful laid out, well manicured , and plenty of old growth trees to add a degree of difficulty to the game, but challenges hone your skills. Afterward, we went back to the clubhouse where we enjoyed some food and adult beverages, enhanced by the magnificent view of the course while out on the deck. All in all, you can't go wrong with this place.

Pace of play (4:30) not bad for a course this long. I saw that the desired time is 4:15 and is called a pace of play course. Course is well kept, even with the ridiculous heat we have been having. Some tee boxes were pretty hard, but overall good shape. Real nice carts that looked pretty new and had GPS and speakers that you could pair to your phone. Driving range not bad with mat and grass available. The traps are cool!! don't like being in them but they look great. Nice clubhouse and the staff very pleasant. Looks like they wash every cart after use with ice provided in cooler! Definitely will be back!

They have brand new ones, and used ones that look new. Matt was friendly and very knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything. He came off as an honest seller. This is one of the main reasons why we went ahead and purchased one from them. We added some features to our golf cart like mirrors and JBL speakers. We got it delivered in less than a week as promised by Matt. We are very happy with our delivery service as well. Josh and Matt are great people to work with! They also service golf carts here.
