When I realized the job was not necessary and called to cancel, I was informed I had missed the three day job cancellation deadline and was harassed almost daily to pay for a window that I no longer needed. I learned an expensive lesson and because of the arrogance and harassment of the sales person I had to deal with, I will not recommend this company.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IN WARRENSBURG: Company has not returned to finish the window and siding job…read morestarted in March and via email they are not going to complete the job but they're wanting the final payment! We are still sitting with no sliding glass door, no side door, no screen door, no shutters, no outlets and vents replaced, and windows that are needed uninstalled and reinstalled correctly per a Pella premium installers, along with the new siding that will need painted due to damaged pieces being installed and nails being covered with colored cocking. This is per the James Hardie company after sending pictures. This all started because I had a leak in my roof and I contacted this company to do a brand new roof and was sold on windows and siding. With the rain we have received the last few weeks, you can hear raindrops coming in around my chimney where the original leak started. After another roofing company came to my home last week to see why I was hearing water dripping behind my fireplace when raining, we were informed and shown pictures that my roof was not properly installed! I am obviously not a roofer and I thought at least the roof (which I have paid for in full) was probably done correctly to now be informed that it also was not done properly and now literally every part of this job has to be redone!!! Per our contract, we are to have mitigation before any legal action can be taken! So how is it a company with this stipulation is able to just walk away from a job because it is just too much to correct and make right?!? There is a reason this company has shut down the Lees Summit location and is only practicing out of Warrensburg Missouri! And how long until they are shut down in Warrensburg? I have never placed a bad review for any company until this has happened with Integrity Roofing, Siding and Windows!!! The company who'd replaced our roof didn't replace the flat part. They said it didn't need to be replaced. It was a rainy day when they collected the check. As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.

After waiting 3 yrs for hail to hit my house I finally gave up and decided to pay to replace my…read moredying roof. We got several recommendations from friends and neighbors, listened to several proposals and got some bids and decided on Green River Roofing. These guys are great. Dennis, the owner, was involved in the entire process. We received the most comprehensive estimate from his company, very detailed. It was also very resonable compared to several of the other companies. We were able to add in some extras, like insulation and a solar tube (he also does gutters, but we had already replaced them when we moved in). The workers were quick, the entire roof was done in under 3 days. They cleaned up the outside completely- we only found 1 set of nails left behind. Dennis thought that the plaster in our master bath had gotten cracked from the workers during the install and so he had his drywall team come in and repair our ceiling and repaint it at no cost to us. We payed 1/2 on the first day, most of the rest on the final day of installing the roof and the final payment after his drywall guys finished fixing our master bath. I've recommend him to my Dad and he hired him to replace a few roofs and do guttering on his rental houses and was equally impressed with Dennis. So if you are in need of a new roof, guttters, siding, windows or a new deck - call these guys and get an estimate. You won't be disappointed.
