The sales person that came out for the free estimate had a professional arrogance, but at the time I wanted to get the job started as soon as possible, so I signed the job contract. When I realized the job was not necessary and called to cancel, I was informed I had missed the three day job cancellation deadline and was harassed almost daily to pay for a window that I no longer needed. I learned an expensive lesson and because of the arrogance and harassment of the sales person I had to deal with, I will not recommend this company.

Update 8/26/20 - after my original review I was contacted by Will Andersen, the owner of the…read morecompany. What a night and day difference from our initial impressions! Increasing my review from two stars to five, and that's only because six stars aren't an option! Will checked into what had happened with our original quote. Turns out the lack of follow up was due to a bad handoff of info when the estimator who we originally worked with was let go from the company, and our estimate had fallen between the cracks. Will sugarcoated nothing, and was straight with us on what had happened. Not only was he extremely apologetic for the situation, he was extremely determined to show us that our original experience is not what Andersen Contracting is about as a company. Will came out personally to rework the original quote, which we had in a matter of days. He was helpful in assisting us in planning the project, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond in adjusting the quote as our scope of work evolved. Here's the kicker - over a period of weeks while it took us far, FAR too long to make our final selections and decisions, Will was nothing but patient and helpful... I'm embarrassed to admit he was far MORE patient with us than we were in our first dealings with his company. He checked in periodically to check on status and offer any assistance we might need, but was never pushy or pressuring. Great customer service, and I can't say enough good things about how well we've been treated. I'm pleased to report we've finally made our final selections and are ready to move forward with our project - and that we have now experienced the reasons why Andersen contracting has the stellar reviews they carry here and on other sites. I look forward to reporting back on the finished project and sharing pictures, and I know we're in good hands.

Highly Disappointed!!!!!!! We had our roof, siding, gutters,…read moreand windows done and it has been a complete ongoing NIGHTMARE! We have been taken advantage of by a company that claims to be Christian based that stands for God, family, honesty and Integrity. That itself is the beginning of the scam! We paid half of the cost of our siding and windows in Sep 2025 however, they did not start until March 2026 and I am STILL with all work NOT done and can't seem to get a response back to email or text. They have come out 3 times so far to repair all of the damage done during installation to our "brand new" James Hardie siding along with uninstalling and reinstalling of a living room window that is now worse after the second attempt! We were sold in writing, a lifetime warranty for windows and in fact when speaking with Pella, it is only a limited 20 year warranty. We have repeatedly reached out to management and ownership (Dave) by phone calls, emails and texts struggling to get a reply or answers back to our questions. As of today, we are waiting on shutter's, sliding glass door that was ordered in the wrong size, side door, the replacement of our custom fit screen door that was thrown away in a dumpster and per 3rd party we need windows uninstalled and reinstalled. However that would void my warranty! I was also asked to make final payment before job has even been completed, which goes against my contract and was also advised my account is delinquent and they will seek further legal action! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I wouldn't have fallen for their lies And read reviews not trusting the Christian sales pitch we received. Had my roof replaced in 2017 by this business. Afterwards the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't…read moreseem to get the steam out. When we had our first hard rain we had water pouring in thru the fan. I got up on the roof and found they had pinched the exhaust hose together and nailed the roof vent on top of it. When you see something like that it says a lot about the people who did the work. Later when I had another leak they dismissed it as "wind driven". Another time I had a consistent leak. They sent a person out who did siding and windows to give me an unbiased inspection. He didn't find anything wrong with the way it was installed but said if I could get a video recording of it I could contact them to prove it. I'm a truck driver so I'm not home when it's happening. Finally I did get it and contacted them and was told that I was out of the warranty period. "2025" Now I have multiple leaks. A roof inspector has gone over the roof and found "dozens" of nails that were either in between the shingle joints or just under the shingle tabs. The previous 3 roofs I had installed had "0" problems. "Sorry to say" I'm disappointed.

After waiting 3 yrs for hail to hit my house I finally gave up and decided to pay to replace my…read moredying roof. We got several recommendations from friends and neighbors, listened to several proposals and got some bids and decided on Green River Roofing. These guys are great. Dennis, the owner, was involved in the entire process. We received the most comprehensive estimate from his company, very detailed. It was also very resonable compared to several of the other companies. We were able to add in some extras, like insulation and a solar tube (he also does gutters, but we had already replaced them when we moved in). The workers were quick, the entire roof was done in under 3 days. They cleaned up the outside completely- we only found 1 set of nails left behind. Dennis thought that the plaster in our master bath had gotten cracked from the workers during the install and so he had his drywall team come in and repair our ceiling and repaint it at no cost to us. We payed 1/2 on the first day, most of the rest on the final day of installing the roof and the final payment after his drywall guys finished fixing our master bath. I've recommend him to my Dad and he hired him to replace a few roofs and do guttering on his rental houses and was equally impressed with Dennis. So if you are in need of a new roof, guttters, siding, windows or a new deck - call these guys and get an estimate. You won't be disappointed.
