I contacted K.C and he responded within a few minutes. Set me up for an appointment the following morning and cleaned our 2016 Chevy Cruze that hadn't been washed in about 6 months. She looks brand new! There's a dent on the passenger side that is not as noticeable as it was before and the inside smells amazing. They had to wash it 3 times and only took them a just over an hour to do it in 80 degree weather. I guess when I sent the quote request out it went to a few other mobile detailing pages, one responded and their pictures didn't seem so good, and the other 2 still haven't responded. I wish I could give a 0 (Zero) on this rating. Trusted him with the vehicle. Paid for wash and wax. Vehicle was only washed on areas where you can see and the roof was not touched and left the shampoo to dry on it. The wax was not applied at all. When reached out and showed the pictures, they claimed that they will come back and do a great job at it. I kept reaching out for over a month and kept getting the same excuse that he is busy. Scam! Now he's stating that he will not do it! read more

I've found K.C here on yelp so im leaving a review for others This team did a great job with my car and it took them only 1 hour to clean it. I appreciated how polite and punctual they were, they showed up on time and brought everything they needed to take care of my car with them (including water! bc we didn't have an easy access to hose). I was a little bit apprehensive at firts because I haven't tried mobile service before, but I'm more than happy with how it turned out. The best part is that I didn't have to drop it off somewhere to then wait entire day and uber to get it back. Seems consistent with other 1-star reviews. Hired to wash and wax exteriors and detail the interior of RV. Didn't wash the top half of the rv. Didn't do the wax. Didn't dress the tires. Interior just wipe larger areas and missed everything else. Didn't even touch the showers. Dust on all the places remained as we had agreed on getting cleaned. Long list of things just not done. Just like others said he said he will come in next couple days to do all of it over again. Right. For the amount he charged and all that talk he did of doing this and that before accepting the work.. all crap. Will never be using him again. read more

Wow! KC is super reliable, fast and super efficient. Reached out to him for a mini detailing since my car was fairly new, not too dirty and he was willing to come out to do the job same day but unfortunately I was not available. I very clearly stated I only wanted the front 2 seat bottoms cleaned from a coffee spill. He said all the things he wanted to do. I told him I only want the front 2 seats cleaned. He did a wonderful internal clean and charged me $250. I paid without argument other than to reiterate that I only wanted the minimal done. He offered 60% off the next cleaning that will never be used. If he had no intention of following my instructions, I should have been alerted before hand. read more

I was quoted one price based on photos I texted, and I was charged $100 more after the fact, with a promise that they would do a second cleaning free because they wanted to be sure to get all the dog hair out of the carpet and it would need a second pass to do that. I should have known better. It's been impossible to schedule that second cleaning and it's been a bit confusing with people on their team not communicating with each other. Initial clean was pretty good though streaky in places, but they quickly fixed that. read more
