Great experience at Spotless! I got there 5 minutes before opening, and the team was already working on a few cars. Faris (the owner?) greeted me with a cordial wave before I even parked the car. He was very friendly and assessed my car's exterior and interior before suggesting which package. When I asked for an engine bay wash, he deliberated for a little and initially offered just to blow off the dust for free but after seeing some caked-on dirt under the hood, we decided to go for it. Love how he didn't just jump to it when I asked about it. :) I loved the clean and comfortable waiting area! Most people waited in the chairs and benches outside to enjoy the cooler weather, but there were seats with tables inside to pull out a laptop and get some work done. WiFi was great too. There were drinks, water, and coffee. Sitting at the window, I could see the cars and teams in action... and they were really hustling! There was definitely a system-- cars directed towards specific areas for different washes, and each team member focused on a specific duty. Everyone seemed like they were working hard. And Faris would walk around to check on each car, scribble some code on the windows to mark the progress, and ensure everything went smoothly. Teamwork at its finest-- very neat! And the actual car wash result? Pretty much spotless! My car was so shiny and the wheels were the cleanest they've been in a long time. There was still a small bit of wiping swirl noticeable on the inside and when I drove off, some water hiding near the side mirrors slid off onto the sides. But no biggie-- I just wiped that off whenever I got out of the car. Payment by card only (although I did see a tip box for cash so maybe I'll use that next time!). Probably not the cheapest wash out there but for how smooth and comfortable the experience is, how friendly the team was, and how clean my car turned out, I'll be back! Nice place, pleasant waiting area. Took my girlfriend's car to get detailed, they asked if there was anything in particular I wanted attention to. Pointed to a food spot (don't let your friends eat in the car) and a general clean/detail too. Got the car back, looked nice but the spot was still pretty visible. Turns out later, the center touch screen has stopped working properly. It keeps clicking in the top left corner like your phone would when water sits on the screen. Given that the screen has a gap, I'm pretty sure they got water behind the panel and the touch screen won't work properly anymore. Only started after the detail. read more

My driver's side window glass was broken immediately after getting a car wash at this location. The damage was very noticeable, a large crack that I would not have missed before the wash. However, the staff refused to take any responsibility and claimed the glass was already damaged beforehand. That's simply not possible. They also have a waiting area (that was clean) where you can watch your car which alleviated a lot of my anxiety because I get particular about the care of my car haha. Have been here several times and each time the owner wants to up charge. They do a great job however when you pull in to get just a wash and Vacuum he won't do it. Always wants to sell the most expensive package. I told my husband as we were driving there he is going to try and get us to buy the most expensive , stick to our guns and only get what we need. The owner proceeded to argue with me and told me we have an expensive car we need to start taking better care of it. Will NEVER EVER go back. I don't care how good they are. Excellent service! They take walk ins which was good considering how quick I needed the work. They very upfront and honest about they could and couldn't do, they don't do seat removal cleanings, and when it took longer than 20 minutes they were upfront about what the extra work time was dedicated to. Been coming here for a while but I might need to find a new place. I love that it's touchless, and they generally do a good job but they have barely outgrown their location, and the wait times can be unnecessarily long. I'll explain. I have ceramic coating so I never need a wax, just wash & dry. There's ONE lane, so if the car/cars in front of you are getting a full detail, you are stuck behind them waiting for that one car to be finished before you can go anywhere. And that's in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. I seriously will block out an hour for this car wash. On the weekend, forget it. I've been there an hour+ before, and my husband gets so antsy. If they had two lanes or a place for cars undergoing more extensive services to pull aside, everyone behind them could come and go. To add to another reviewer's comments about a Tesla, I just had to close my charging port from the app. It was opened (and you have to physically press on it with some force or open it via the screen) and they were spraying TF out of the car. Those are designed to keep rain out but not a full-bore spray of a power washer. I saw them open an Audi's trunk and spray the edges with the power washer. Not a full stream of water inside the trunk but overspray, yeah. That's how shiz smells mildewy after a while, guys. read more

This place is my go to for a car wash and or car detail. The detailers are always so informative and let us know which package they think is best for the car. I once got back from a road trip and my car was littered with bugs. It was an extra 20 to remove the bugs and was totally worth it. FYI if you got bugs on your car make sure you remove them immediately or else it'll stain your car! It might be basic knowledge to some, but one of the managers informed me of this previously. The price varies on your car size and it's on the pricier side but it's totally worth! One of the managers Jon did a great job discussing cleaning maintenance with my car today. I hate to say it. But this place is definitely overpriced. I was feeling amazing that day. Nails done, hair done, so I figured I'd treat my vehicle to a high quality car wash. I got the #3 I believe, for my Jaguar SUV and it was $139 or so. Came with wax, and bells and whistles. There where 3 vehicles in front of me. I ubered home to give them all the time they needed. But 30 min later I get a call that my vehicle was ready. I was like, that's quick. Especially since they are waxing it. I get my Vehicle and nothing special. Door floor boards not wiped down. Some of the silver lining in my center Console was scrubbed off.. I was annoyed. I wouldn't return. Not worth it to me. read more

This place does an AMAZING job washing your car. What i love the most is not having to wipe my car down after getting home to water marks from water coming out of the crevasses on the drive home. My car has always looked pristine and the prices are reasonable. The only down side is the wait...it is long at times but depending on the day depends on if its worth the wait.
