Incredible plumber. We just moved into a fixer-upper and there were multiple leaks we had to take care of. We evaluated around 6-7 companies, and off the recommendation of a neighbor we had Letts come out. I was a bit hesitant because you are charged for a minimum of an hour, there is no free estimate. However, in that time he shored up a leak with a temporary patch and had an estimate of how much work it would be to take care of everything, which ended up being much more reasonable than some other places we evaluated. Adam came back when he had enough open schedule to fix everything and some parts were shipped in. An incredibly nice guy, and just an incredibly fair and integrity oriented operation. All the vendors I evaluated were five stars with many reviews, but Letts was the only one that didn't feel like I was being upsold and he was just out there to help me solve my problems. Honestly can't wait to hire them again, which is an absurd thing to say about a plumber, but man what a great experience. I will rave about them to anyone who will listen. read more

We continue to rely on Letts Plumbing for our various needs. They installed a water cutoff valve for a refrigerator water line (whoever did the initial install didnt put one in!). They most recently removed an old water softener and installed new copper piping where the softener connections were. Oddly, the tech charged us for new copper while keeping the copper sections he removed, saying he was adding it to their collection. I get not being able to reuse the sections connected to the old valves but there was some that could have been reused, or left for our recycling. Not a huge deal, just seemed odd that he mentioned keeping it for their future use. We'll still use Letts and recommend them to friends. They're very prompt. The work is done well. Excellent and honest service! I had two different companies (large, nationwide) come out for a rooter job and I ended up paying for a camera look, a high pressure clean out and was told I needed total replacement of sewer line in one end of the house. The quote was over $12,000. I called Lett's for a second opinion and Kody came out, crawled under the house and took photos of all the sections of sewer under the house. He could not see any major issues. I paid him to come back with a camera and see if the earlier camera reports were true. He found no major issues. I paid him about $500 for all his work and I lost $1300 for the bogus inspections. I saved $12000 on major replacement. read more

I had such a great experience with Letts Plumbing and wanted to share it. I initially thought I just had a simple sink clog, but it turned out to be a major clog out near the main sewer line. Not exactly the kind of problem you want to deal with, but their team made it so much easier. From the moment I called, Alexis in the front office was wonderful. Friendly, responsive, and on top of everything. She got someone out quickly and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. Adam came to the house, and he was fantastic. Professional, calm, and clearly really knowledgeable. He walked me through what he was seeing, explained the issue without any pressure or upselling, and fixed everything efficiently. I contacted Letts Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon because my toilet valve wouldn't shut off, and I was scheduled to leave for vacation the next day. I submitted a request through their answering service, and about an hour later, Kody gave me a call. I explained the issue, and although he was already booked for the day, I think he could hear the urgency in my voice and was kind enough to squeeze me into his schedule. Kody came out, assessed the situation, and ended up replacing the entire toilet valve system. He also upgraded the water shut-off valve from an old oval multi-turn valve to a more modern and reliable quarter-turn shut-off. Throughout the process, Kody was professional, thorough, and incredibly patient -- he answered all of my (probably annoying) questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived before the 10 to noon timeframe but called to let us know he could come early. Very competent and personable guy. You can tell he likes what he is doing. I am blown away by the quality of service that I received from Letts plumbing!! They superseded all of my expectations. The owner, Sean Letts, came to my rescue drove from a family function to come help me when pipes burst in the ceiling and I could hear water gushing in the middle of the night. Sean spent over an hour with me trying to isolate the problem, making sure to check all my lines, and to determine the cause of the leak, but most importantly made me feel safe, secure and informed. And while he determined it wasn't a leak in the traditional plumbing, after much discernment he found it was an issue with my fire sprinkler system, he made calls for me to the appropriate people to find me someone who serviced the type of pipes that leaked, and had them come out right away. I now have my forever plumber. This is a small family business that has grown and grown, from the due diligence I've done since their visit, and Sean Letts and his family really look out for their neighbors. Did I receive a bill for his ample time and effort. I did not, but I would've gladly paid because I felt like I was in the best hands!! Kudos to Sean Letts, for being a man who leads by example, represents his business in the most beautiful way, and gave me all the education and advice needed. My experience was so solid!! I'm pretty sure I won one of the 'Most Challenging Drain Clogs' this month. The first plumber tried, then a second plumber tried with various snakes, and the clog was still there! They recommended that I call Letts. Not all heroes wear capes. Dustin M. didn't. He came in with a humble, hardworking personality. It was a challenging clog even for him! However, he didn't give up. He reassured me that he would get this fixed today. He worked on it from all different angles, running back and forth the entire time. And eventually he did it! I appreciate him so much. He took a look and identified that there was not sufficient space to take the heater out and we needed to do some additional work so he could access the space.
