I was okay with the new total $450 since I had the money and I hoped everything that was asked would be handled. After His team Patricia and Henry did an amazing job with the job, My only complaint was that they did not get the paint off the floor or baseboards in my living room. I noticed the floor was mopped and the the baseboards wiped but the paint was there still. I messaged Bryan to let him know this happened and was curious why they did not get the paint off especially since I paid an additional $150 for that. After some exchanged messages , he did call me to let me know that they did use the chemical to remove the paint from the bathroom baseboard but some paint was lifting from the wall and they did not want to damage the baseboard, floor or wall. Though I appreciate the call and explanation, the other area such as the floor and living room baseboards, I found I was able to scratch it off. His team did not seem prepared upon arrival when I showed them the areas I wanted focus on. I felt that there was lack of communication on Bryan end with them about the paint. I also did not like him messaging to tip the staff( I did tip them since they did a great job with everything else ) but If Im paying for a service, there shouldn't be any expectation for tips. I feel that for the future of this company, they should see the property or at least get pictures before giving a flat rate price and also letting the customer know in advance that if they ask about paint removal or any additional work, prior to the day of service , they should be notified of additional costs.
