Here I am two years later finally breaking down and telling you that I urge you to avoid this place. The ladies they have now are not the same ladies they had when I started going there. The last three times I have gone they have left my brows crooked and missed so much hair. This last time I came back with uneven brows and she did not even wash her hands nor sanitize the chair after immediately completing someone else's threading appointment. Not even sanitizer on the hands. Gross! I asked her and she said it's okay. I have to get my fixed elsewhere now because as you can see they are uneven. One is thinner than the other. The lady even sliced my eyelid TWICE. I was bleeding and she said nothing. Just wiped away the blood. Meanwhile; the entire time she is threading my eyebrows all she could say was "ohhh yessss. I will do a good job for you. I always do the best job. I am so good. You're in the best hands. I will make them perfect for you my dear! Because threading is better than waxing so it's good you come to me to do it. It's better this way" She would not shut up about "how good" she was and in fact she was TERRIBLE. I cannot tell you enough that you should run away FAST when someone does that. If they feel they have to sell you on the service they are providing; it's probably sh*t. RUN. When I went to pay I asked if I could add a tip. She can over and hovered staring at the pin pad watching my input the tip the tip amount. Scoffed and got mad that I only gave $3. I should not have tipped at all. My eyebrows are terrible. They hurt so badly because she went sooo slow and I have painful little cuts on my skin.
