Last summer it was the motherboard had to be replaced on a unit I had barely used. The two technicians who came by looked as if they had just graduated from high school. They did a few tests and told me what they thought could be the problem. We will assign it to someone else and they will call you! That was 6 days ago and I haven't received any calls. I called Nexgen yesterday and they had no record of my visit. Save yourself the headache and frustration don't buy anything from them!! Their products take forever to heat up and then it never cools your place properly, and rarely works!

He threatens my wife by telling her that he used to be a bad guy, and I don't understand why he starts getting violent and seek revenge against my family.
