My review (2 1/2 years ago) seems to have been removed. I'm not going to rehash the many dishonest and unprofessional problems that were never fix as promised and how many trips it took just to install a system he seemed not to know anything about. Despite that and not knowing how to set up the thermostat which I had to research and do myself it's still considered new and under warranty but since he doesn't sell Bosch will be unable to help with the warranty and suddenly it stopped working, blowing warm, and the unit outside is not working. Meanwhile he pushed, what I believe is the only Bosch he acquired somewhere and wanted to unload it not being a certified Bosch technician. Now HVAC who contacts me states they know nothing about fixing Bosch A/C's. read more

I've been dealing with Air On Time for many years starting when they first installed my Trane CleanEffects™ multi-speed HVAC system. The good news is that I picked a quality HVAC system to heat and cool my house but the bad news is that I didn't pick a very good Trane dealer to service and maintain the unit. The service at Air On Time, which is a family run business, is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes they do a pretty good job and other times they totally drop the ball; they don't show up for scheduled appointments or they misdiagnose problems and have to make multiple trips to fix an issue. The worst part of their service is that they don't honor their contracts and they are basically an unethical business. You might save yourself a couple of bucks going to these half-assed bozos but in the long run do yourself a favor and find yourself another HVAC company. read more

UNREALIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT WILL TAKE YOUR FIRST $89 QUICK AND GOOD LUCK GETTING A RETURN CALL. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company the second time around. I contacted Jorge for service in May and it took several calls to get a return call (even after calling both cell and office #s). I finally had a date set for 6/6/22 and expected Jorge because I was specific in that I didn't want a general service call, I have a unit in the attic leaking excessively and needed an estimate and repair asap. Jorge the owner sends 2 of his workers, not at all experienced who basically switched out a ring walked around and check the units only to say that the reason my 10+ year unit is leaking is because a secondary line was never installed. How does that even make sense that this would be the reason for the primary line leaking???? These guys made it seem that the issue was this ring they switched out and that the secondary line would need to be run and that Jorge would have to call me back for an estimate to run the secondary line. So once again, I have been waiting weeks of text and calls and not getting a return call and when I would get a hold of Jorge or anyone, they had no idea who I was or that they were suppose to get back to me with a quote. They did however collect their $89 fee and cashed it that same 6/6 date. So in other words, be fore warned when you request service and be very clear in what you need. Clearly this company is going around sending their least experience workers collecting the $89 fee all day long but good luck for the call back if you need emergency services. It is now 7/2, I finally received the estimate from Jorge on Tuesday 6/28, 4 days after the had finally made it out himself to see what the issue was. I was told the service would be scheduled for today, but could not get confirmation on a time and had to once again do several calls to figure out a time...too late for me to find someone to be home, so now I had to miss work and wait...said he would be here at 9:30 and arrived at 11:00. At this point, I think I am justified in not trusting Jorge and asking some questions...so as he starts to set up, I wanted to reconfirm that the primary leak would be fixed before this secondary line is even touched...he stopped in his tracks and said to me "find someone else, he wasn't going to do the repairs" and walked out. I completely understand that it's summer time and AC service is in high demand, but I think waiting since May, I've been patient. All I ask for is some respect of my time just like I would have been respectful of his time. It's unfortunate that we live in a world where people or so quick to judge and have little not no respect for people and in this case, a business having no respect for it's customer's time. Here's a lesson for you Jorge for the future...customer service, respect your customer's time, return calls, very simple stuff. Don't get upset when you have been rude, disrespectful and get offended when me, your customer is now frustrated and untrusting of your services...you get what you give...simple life rule. Be kind and courteous and you get that back. I truly hope this review helps other ask the right questions, make sure it's Jorge that is going out to do the service and not his inexperienced workers and make sure you are getting calls back...I suspect after this review there will be a huge effort to prove me wrong and calls will be returned. George and his family and employees are the nicest business people you'll ever meet. They installed two ductless AC units and a brand new HVAC with ducting for us 5 years ago. Their price was $10,000 less than the closest quote we got, but their work was impeccable. Recently, we had to have all 3 units taken out to lay new cement. George was great at working with us to allow us to keep them on as long as possible before the pour. Then his son and employee came back today and stayed late into the evening to make sure we had AC for the big weekend ahead. I am very grateful to businesses like this who put their customers first. They did an excellent changeout of the existing 35 year old ducts, and updated it to provide more air to one room, with adjustability to tune it in the future, if needed.
