Short version: Honest and high quality! In under 30 mins, he had my ac all fixed up cooling properly, in 100-degree weather on a saturday morning via last-min call, and for a great price too! Very professional, quick troubleshooting and quick repair! My experience ( long, detailed version): My AC started blowing hot air yesterday during 100-degree weather. By 9pm, the house was at a steady 81, which it would remain at throughout the night (and I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old to deal with) so by morning, having had no sleep, I desperately searched for a high quality AC company. I needed someone reliable, honest, quick, reasonably priced, and efficient! After studying many companies, I read the reviews for Ash and was impressed, and let me tell you, he didn't disappoint!! I contacted Ash at about 10:45 am on a Saturday morning in 100-degree weather and needed his services ASAP. Other companies weren't available till at least Monday or Tuesday, with 1 company willing to do 3pm. When I told Ash my situation, he checked his schedule and somehow managed to squeeze me in between his already full appointments! He said he could be there between 12 and 1, but he would try to squeeze me earlier if he gets done faster. I was already impressed, but the best was yet to come. By 11:18, he was texting me that he would be here in 20 mins, well ahead of our appointment time, since he knew my need was urgent. He promised to apply the diagnostic fee to any repairs, which made it very fair in light of his time and effort to come out if I didn't choose to fix it. By 11:40 on the dot, my doorbell rang. The man is punctual and reliable! He came in, checked my temperature at the registers, and then climbed up to the unit to check it out. 10 mins later, he was back down with details of what exactly went wrong. He gave me a very reasonable quote, and 10 minutes after that, he was back down from the roof! I thought something had gone wrong. Instead, turns out he was done! He showed me the blown parts he had replaced and came inside to confirm the AC was cooling! All in all, by 12 noon, it was all over, and the AC was blasting cold air in the middle of 100-degree weather! So what did I think? I'd give the man 10 stars if I could! Reliable, honest, efficient, cares about my needs, and actually goes out of his way to fit me in his schedule! He even ended up needing a little more freon and an extra little part and didn't even charge me for them so he could honor his promised price!! In this day and age of sleazy technicians, Ash and his company stand above the rest. I've found my AC guy for life, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
