They just don't do it like they used to. They also charge an arm and a leg and it's not clean. Neighbor saw my car and suggested this place. So I figured I'd try it. I brought my van to this car wash because I'm currently sick and didn't have the energy to clean it myself before selling it. I specifically requested the Gold Wash, expecting a full interior and exterior cleaning -- but what I got was lazy, careless, and frankly disrespectful service. They didn't even touch the seats or the floors. I had to clean them myself afterward. There were visible scratches left on the paint, and I had to go out and buy a dry eraser to fix it myself because the car looked worse after I left than before I came in. What made the experience even worse was how uncomfortable I felt with the men standing out front. They were staring and giggling at me the entire time, which was completely unprofessional and made me feel incredibly uneasy. I called in to request a refund due to the poor quality of service, and instead of making it right, they told me I'd have to bring the van back. I don't have the time or energy to chase around a business that should have done it right the first time. This isn't a one-off, either. This is the 3rd or 4th time this place has dropped the ball, and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Terrible service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and a team of lazy bums who clearly don't take pride in their work. They also had my air on full blast (max AC) when i got back in the car when I originally had it on 3, which is rude--do not use/change the resources in my car when i hire you for work. Was difficult to identify the car wash. Didn't see the word Ridge anywhere, just car wash. Take the right side entrance by jiffy lube and head to the back. There I waited for an attendant. I collected as much of my junk up into a bag cuz they won't clean areas with stuff. Told the attendant to give me the $40 wash and to include the trunk. Rumor has it that if you gives tips here and at the end, they do a better job. Carried my junk into a tiny waiting room. Paid for my wash and chose a freshener. They started by cleaning the inside of the car before rolling it through the car wash and ended it by cleaning the inside again. The cleaning job was average. Finished their job on my own. read more

Ridge Wash has the option for an exterior wash for $12, but I upgraded to the Super Shine because I rent a luxury car from Uber... it's crucial that I take care of it. The staff was respectful and friendly, despite me dragging my sweaty trans self in looking ratchet with no makeup; in other cities that would have caused me to be misgendered and treated with disrespect. That's a huge deal to people such as myself. Very professional. The service included an exterior wash, detailing, wax and protective coat, and full interior detailing and armor all treatment for the upholstery. Yes, I could have washed it myself or spent as low as $5 to get it sprayed and scrubbed in pretty much any neighborhood in North Philly, but I needed value so that I won't pay more later. A lot of cars in Philly have corrosion, so the paint flakes off, leaving bubbles and opportunity for rust to eat away at the exterior. The roads have a lot of potholes and debris, so the rims and undercarriage get a lot of wear fast. They threw in a few air freshener and made sure I was fully satisfied before rolling away. Is the outside of my car cleanER than before... Yes. Is the inside of my cleanER than before... Yes. Is my car clean? No. I got the In&Out option where you spend $17 (18.30 with tax) to do the outside and clean the inside windows/dashboard/vacuum. There is still a ton of stuff on the carpets, the windows are cleaned in some areas but not fully clean inside. There is still some dirt on the outside of my car. and beyond that I'm not sure the rags they clean with are actually clean - I came into my car and there was some sort of Cheetos looking things on my air vents. I don't eat Cheetos in the car. Gross. There were a lot of cars that built up behind me to have their car washed, clearly a very busy and popular place. I think the clean was rushed just to push people along. Would I go there again - likely no. read more

They cleaned the car by hand, inside and out. This was the best car wash I've ever had. And the price was amazingly reasonable.

I asked for the basic wash, but they marked me up for a more premium option. When I notified staff a minute later, they said I was too late. The person who rang me up even said "What's the problem, you can't afford it?" The car still had some dirt on it afterwards, which I ended up having to wipe it off myself. I used this location for the first time in May 2024, just before a Short road trip. Pulled in and around the back to be greeted by a member of their service team. There a trash can right there so you can clean your car out as you wish. They take your car through while you go pay and receive a free air freshener. Cool. My car gets to the front and I'm not impressed (I did get super or most expensive wash) wet spots dry spots on exterior and my interior was barely, done like vacuumed or wiped out thoroughly. Def wasn't worth the money or the where my tip looks from the cleaners lol. I wouldn't recommend this unless you just want a quick exterior rinse. read more

Don't bother going to this below average cleaners. I've been here twice and was not impressed both times. The only good thing is that it is attached to the Jiffy Lube and you may get a free wash with service... probably not worth the tip for their spotty washes. My free wash wasn't terrible... they did a quick vacuum and the outside was given a wash through their machine. I didn't complain because it was free. The next time I was helping someone else get their car washed and I was in the area, so I figured I'd give them another try. I told the guy that I needed a good vacuum in the interior of the car and he looked inside to see. He said okay, I gave him my key, and paid inside. After he finished I noticed that the floors were still filthy with hairs and crumbs. I pointed it out to him and he said the vacuum couldn't reach. I know the space in between the seats can be tough, but he didn't say there would be any issues. Some spots on the ground were also pretty easy to get to. They do a wonderful job of washing cars! I've been getting my car done here for the past eight years. I don't take it anywhere else! I also have the phone number in my contacts to make sure I confirm when they're open just in case it rains. They wax your car clean the inside vacuum the inside wipe everything down inside wash everything on the outside wax everything and they do it so well! Pretty good deal! I usually get the manager's special which is $29.95. They did a good job with cleaning my mats as well as the exterior of my car. My only disappointment is my console was still dirty. For the price and effort put in, I think they cleaned my car perfectly. read more

They did a killer job on my car. My dog muddied up my entire back seat. Had hair everywhere. Probably needed a detail, but went with the $30 option and definitely got my money's worth. Also it's right next to the jiffy lube i get my oil changed at. 2 birds one stone. I'll be back! read more

Went in today around 2:30 and they took my car immediately, ZERO waiting. My car was completely caked over with salt and my mats were pretty gross, too. 10 minutes later, my car was finished and perfectly shiny and my interior was just as spotless and smelled great. All in all, I was pretty disappointed. I asked to just have the inside of my car cleaned, and they told me they could not do that because services were only sold in a package. I got the managers special, which really seemed to be a good deal. However, I ended up driving right to a self serve car vacuum right after I left here. It was a pretty rushed job. They didn't vacuum in between the seats and I don't know if they vacuumed my back seat at all. If they did, they have a very bad vacuum. No matter the price, if you have to do it yourself afterwards it's a bad deal. I can say they did clean the dashboard well. read more

I've been here twice now and their car wash service has been sub par both times. I even paid for the most premium option the second time around to see if it would make a difference.... Even so, they hardly vacuumed and the interior cleaning was almost non existent. My windows are also still filled with smudges. Overall, the prices aren't outrageous, but the cheapest option was just as "good" as the most premium option. I doubt I will be coming here again read more

I have experienced a better carwash service. I needed to get my car washed and cleaned on the interior, and ended being very disappointed with the service. I've been to other places that charge less and give you a clean car. Here they rushed through it, car was washed with machines on the exterior, and a guy quickly put some gloss on my tires but did not clean the dirt off my wheels, another guy used a dirty rag to wipe my windshield on the inside, so I currently see streaks everywhere, and there was still dust left everywhere. They did not clean thoroughly and did not do a good job. They also charged me $2 to rinse off my mats, even though that was included in what I paid for originally. Inside the waiting room, there were a couple coworkers complaining loudly. I would have appreciated some more trash cans outside where people can recycle anything before their car gets "cleaned". Lastly, they did not even open my trunk to see if anything needed to be vacuumed. read more

Did not clean well, when I complained I was told to pay for a more expensive wash again and go a 2nd time.

I came here for a shampoo and was turned away because they didn't have the staff, which I do understand can happen. They told me to return the next day and they'd take good care of me, which seemed encouraging. When I came back, they said it would cost me almost double the price listed on the giant sign advertising shampooing for $75 (see photo). When I pointed out the sign he said that was a starting price and not guaranteed at all. I have a very small, compact sized car, which had no trash in it, no stains, nothing but some dust to be vacuumed, so who gets the starting price? He said he could do one seat shampoo'd for around the listed price. There was no understanding of my frustration from the staff. I don't appreciate places that falsely advertise prices. Did an excellent job! Please note you will need to order at least the Gold Wash to include the underbody wash, which is very important especially during winter to remove the road snow salt that can corrode the undercarriage of the car. read more
