I left my bike there for 8 days to have it lowered 1 1/2 inch and to have the oil changed. They…read morelowered it so low that when I sat on it and bounced the shock would hit the stop, they had to redo it which seemed to piss the mechanic off, I asked them if they measured it and they said no, they wanted me to ride it like that for a while and I refused. Also had the oil changed and when I got it home which is 7 miles from Combat Cycles, I checked the oil and it was completely black, I was at the shop first thing the next morning to confront Jim about this and was told that the mechanic said it was changed and sometimes the oil will be black. I stopped by the Harley dealership and showed them the oil and the mechanic there said it looked to be (1000 mile) oil and was suspect that it had been changed, however Combat Cycle did put a new oil filter on to filter the black oil. I changed the oil myself today and rode some, came back home check the oil and it was clear. I would have given 0 stars but that's not available. You people draw your own conclusion, needless to say I won't be back! Posted below is their oil next to mine........
