Tommie was friendly right from the beginning, and took the time to really listen to our situation upon meeting us. He listened to what our financial goals were, and took the time to show us what he thought would work best for us. Not once was I made to feel like I was a "hassle". (The feeling I got from the dealership I almost purchased from). There was absolutely NO pressure while looking at different models, no "back and forth", (I like to keep things simple, and to the point!) and after the numbers where finalized, the paperwork took less than an hour. Again, the numbers were fantastic as far as pricing goes! Tommie saved us almost $10k when it was all said and done. I know he probably saved us more than that really. Again, I almost purchase from another dealership, and am so grateful that we didn't. I can now say, for the first time ever, I didn't feel like I was just another commission check to someone on the lot. I will be buying all my future vehicles from Tommie. Worst place to buy a car !!…read more I would run and not look back!! Unless you want a lemon and you want to be there trying to fix it all in the first year !!! It's a joke and they know how to buy private cars and clean the outside of them and make them look ok with no proper mechanical inspection!! There vehicles have no business on lot for sale. Once you buy and issue surface they won't acknowledge or back up their cars . They will blame the consumer and try to wiggle them self out of fixing the issue Save yourself time and peace of mind .

They replaced the struts and after the struts were replaced the front end started popping. I took it back 4 times and they told me to just drive it 500 to a 1000 miles to let the parts settle in. Now after the parts have "settled" in the popping is worse. Today they said the only way they would warranty out the struts, that totaled $3200 and included new tires, they would have to change the ball jounts for another $850. You would think that with all this front end work they would have seen this issue before replacing the struts or one of the other 4 times I had it in for the popping noise.
