During a trip the bed over the drivers seat broke and almost fell on my dad. The wood holding it in was rotten out and it came loose. They had to have the roof replaced because of an accident on a trip and the shop doing the repair found the roof supports were rotten and the entire ceiling is covered in black mold. They are facing a huge repair bill. Riverside basically said too bad, so sad and then threatened to sue my dad if he said anything bad about them. The best they could do is offer them a trade in. Run away from this place. My parents are out tens of thousands of dollars now and are stuck with an RV that they can't afford to fix.
