He is a certified mechanic to work on both bikes. Kenny is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. The Shop is neat and organized and equipped with all new motorcycle maintenance equipment. I live in Myrtle Beach but drive the extra 45 minutes to use him to work on my Indian Roadmaster since the local dealer has gone downhill. So if you need work done or want to upgrade your ride, I highly recommend Kenny for all your work!

High pressure, sales environment, the service department came out with a list of a bunch of things that they said was "wrong" with my bike. I feel like this was more of a ploy to get me interested in buying a new bike which I told him from the get-go that I wasn't interested in doing However, during the process there was a bike that I might've been interested in Until one of the service managers named Elvis, God involves in the process When we couldn't make a deal and I was in the process of leaving, I thanked him for his time and effort... And he acted very pissy and insulting about the fact that we couldn't make a deal. Telling me that I was gonna regret it yada yada yada And then on a follow up conversation with the actual salesman "Q" (very nice young man) we were talking about my thoughts and if I had any further interest. I asked a couple of questions about finance rate and how many months at which point Elvis jumped back in with a bunch of "well we can work that out when you come back in" at which point I said to Q (not sure why Elvis was listening in) I said well, if you just can't answer a couple of simple questions then we're not gonna be able to do this deal. Elvis told me to shut up and stop talking... At which point I told Q that we were done and I wasn't interested in being treated like that. This place has some the worst customer service I've ever seen. They made me load up my bike in the…read moreback of a friends truck, haul it an hr there to the shop. Just for them not know how to get the bike out of the bed of the truck. Ended up having to built a ramp out of pallets MYSELF, while the Harley tech stood there and stared at me.

I come into this Harley every other week in hopes of finding these exact same gloves on…read moresale--specifically these gloves, since they are super comfortable and have an awesome design. When I came into the store on Friday, January 16, I was very excited to see a tag in the back clearly reading $35.00, so I asked the lady at the store if they were having a sale. She was unsure, so she took them and scanned them. They rang up at the original price they had been. I asked her if the store could honor the price shown, but she declined and stated that she didn't have the power to do that. I understand if the sticker was a random one that had been placed there, but the rest of the same gloves all had the exact same sticker reading $35.00. Needless to say, I asked if she could contact her manager and ask if they could honor the price. She declined and said she didn't want to bother her manager since she was a busy person and was spending time with her husband. I understood and accepted the fact that I had caught their mistake in labeling the price, but I still felt cheated out of a deal. She did offer me a 10% military discount, but that gets me nowhere near what the displayed price would have been. I also wasn't planning on buying them all--I just wanted one pair, and I would have been a happy camper. The worker was holding the gloves in the picture, by the way. I guess she couldn't believe it either, and she works there. Update: Harley apparel manager reached out and corrected the miscommunication. I bought the gloves at the price listed and can say I'm satisfied with the superb immediate help on this matter.

I've had to bring it back multiple times for the same issue, and it has never been fixed or properly addressed. Every time they say it's repaired, I get it back with the same problem still there. I've even provided videos showing exactly what's wrong, but they still claim nothing is wrong. The staff act very unprofessional and seem completely unqualified to do repairs. They've stopped answering my calls, told me I would be blocked, and even said they left my four-wheeler outside for me to pick up, which is completely irresponsible and puts my property at risk. My kids haven't been able to enjoy this four-wheeler since we bought it, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Do not buy from B Powersports , the products are unreliable, and the service is the worst I've ever experienced.

I've called multiple times and when they answer, which isn't often, I have always gotten a run around, with the latest being that my items were lost by USPS. The sales manager Dameon Jernigan has been made aware of the situation by his salesman that I've been in touch with and I haven't heard a word from him. You'd think for the sake of the business and low reviews like this one that the attempt would be made to at least keep the customer in the loop as to what is happening or at the very least apologize for the inconvenience. I took my Harley FXR to Joe Petersen at Performance Cycles of Wilmington for some fresh rings. He…read moreseemed a little strange during our first interaction when I dropped off my bike but I was not expecting this... After three days of failing to reach Joe by phone or e-mail - I decide to stop by the shop. The front entrance was locked so I decided to look around back to see if anyone was working. There I see my FXR, Joe and another male. Joe is on the front of MY bike with the male behind him. They are both wearing absolutely no clothes and the other male is seemingly penetrating Joe, all while Joe is screaming "I LOVE AMERICA!" I let out a gasp and they both scuttled for cover. I yelled that I was waiting outside and ran out. Joe Petersen appeared a few minutes later - profusely apologizing and offered to clean my bike and throw in the rings for free. I'm all for whatever Joe wants to do in his free time but there was no reason to use my bike.
