We sat directly in front of her for 10 minutes without an acknowledgement that we were even there. She was finishing up a phone call as we walked in so obviously we gave her a minute, but then she got up and chatted with the agent behind her (once again not acknowledging us), till the phone rang again. When that call was completed, we asked for the agent we had an appointment with, Vanessa, and Electra literally made eye contact with my husband, did not respond, and went back to ignoring us lol. After another couple minutes we let her know we were just going to leave, and she acted surprised and said "oh, ok have a nice day!" That is very frustrating. I let her know she was terrible at her job instead of what immediately came to mind to say, but I for sure will tell everyone to stay away from this office. We'll still use other H&R Block offices, we've had great service for years, but Davison and this one terrible employee get a huge thumbs down.
