U.S. Home restoration was contracted to do some work on our home. The work at the time was subcontracted from them, to some guys who seemed really unprepared and unprofessional. They took weeks between tearing the siding off our house and putting the new sidding back on. They left nails and siding all over the yard which I had to clean up myself. They were also supposed to replace two skylights. Instead of replacing them, they took advantage of me being out of town, and my mother law being alone at the house to do half the job. Saying they don't do skylights, and replacing only the flashing and the dome over the skylight. Even though had accepted the job and the check. Since the work has been done I found nails everywhere including places I am not even sure how they got to, three different pieces of siding have just come off. Which never happened in the 20years the old siding was on. Worst of all the skylight that had a slight leak before has now apparently been leaking into the wall to the point that a small flood of water came pouring out a lower area and there is mold in the wall. When my wife called the company to try and rectify the situation, they told her that the sales guy we dealt with didn't work for them anymore, and hadn't handled the warrantee paperwork properly in the first place. There was nothing they would be willing to do for us. I tried to call back and reason with the representative I was speaking to. He was rude and would not even discuss the possibility of helping us rectify the mistakes made. It rather quickly devolved into an argument which ended with him hanging up on me. Nobody from this company ever did there job properly or fealt the need to make any apology for doing a crappy job. Then as thing have gone wrong with the crappy work they have basically told us it is not there problem. Stay as far away from these people as possible. You will regret it otherwise.

They helped…read moreme understand that I needed a gutter fixed (which I did) because it was ruining my brick facade, and also that my Simenton windows could be replaced for free by the company if they had any fog (lifetime warrantee). Since I'm the second owner of them, and the owners never left me any materials re the warrantee, I had no idea and 4 of the windows were foggy. I was able to get all the foggy windows replaced at just the cost of shipping. Darius and his wife are super knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. They do an amazing job cleaning the outside, inside, and removing screens. They even were able to get a glass door with wooden inserts from 1977 clean. Highly recommend!

This husband and wife team do an incredible job, no mess, extremely reasonable prices, and are punctual. Their pricing has not changed since 2005 ~ WHAT A BARGAIN. If you have read my other reviews, you are aware that we have Pella windows, which means each window has 4 sides to clean. No problem. They also clean gutters. I'm all for staying off ladders for ANY reason. So now the secret is out, and I can only hope that I can get them out next time my windows need cleaning. Oh yes, he is also aware of how to properly clean windows that have been tinted for UV ray protection. (See my review on that service.)
