We are disappointed on their cleaning today as it was only partial. When they say washing exterior windows, it is glass only. They spray the glass only - no squeegee glass or wipe the frames. One person sprays, while the other stands nearby and watches. Now we are outside finishing the job ourselves. Suggest the 2nd person wipe to complete the job. The staff said it is #1, should have got #3 - but not doing #3 until July and #5 is the top. Need to read the fine print in their #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 services. Subpar job. Yes, Andrei. Our past service last year was great as it was your #3. The rigid frame work of your services lack flexibility for customer service requests. If you've got a couple hundred dollars sitting around that you want to get rid of, these guys will do a great job of wasting it for you. IF you want them to wash your windows, be prepared to stand over their shoulder to see if it's done right. We hired them to wash our windows outside on Dec. 11. They showed up at the scheduled time, and we were trusting enough to leave them to their task. They "finished" up on our living room picture window, and we realized they use NO squeegees, only "filtered, spot-free" rinse water. We still have spots that didn't disappear as we were told on a few windows, and we noticed later that they didn't even touch a couple upstairs windows, even after I told them when we scheduled our appointment that they were above the garage roof. As you can guess, we will NOT be recommending them to anyone. read more

Neighbors above us had this company clean their porch and a lot of it went through to ours and left a mess of yellow stains. Didn't notify us at all of them leaving a potential mess. I called them and was informed by them they would come by and clean it up when they are around again, which was in a few days. Never received a call back from them to clean it up. For this review I would leave no stars if I could and inconsiderate of not leaving a note of some kind letting neighbors know they would leave a mess. We moved into our new home last week and I needed our gutters cleaned out. Soapy Suds Window Cleaning LLC came out and I learned the gutters guards are actually causing the problem. I was planning on having our windows cleaned in the Spring but since they were already there I asked Andrei if he could clean the main window in our two story foyer. He was okay with only doing the one large window. I was very happy and impressed with his attention to the details. He also went above and beyond and changed out the burnt out light bulb we couldn't reach in the 20+ foot high entryway. At the end of the service I received a text message the work was done. First let me start off by saying they did a wonderful job cleaning the windows that they did clean. Tt was the rest of the issues that made it less than stellar job for me. 1) This is partially my fault, but it took a long time to get a quote. In the yelp reply he said to text the photos of the windows. (I'm guessing he was Andrei because that is the name on the Yelp Message, but not 100% sure). I wish instead he had given the option to text or email. I missed that he wanted them texted. so I replied to the email with the pictures attached. I'm old school and not as much a fan of texting everything. Yet all my communication with them was via text. 2) They said they would be coming between 7-8 am but I got a text from Nick saying they would not be there until 8:30. So far at this point it was annoying only to me so I wouldn't bother to say anything. 3) There were 3 sets of windows under the deck that they did not touch and didn't even mention it to me or try to explain why. I was working from home so I was available if needed (though in meetings at times so I could not check their work until after they left). When I texted Nick asking him about it I got no reply. When I texted back to Andrei and he said that they could not get the screens off because they were told the screens were not accessible. My office is right in front of those windows and they never came down and even looked or asked. Of the 3 windows we actually do have one that is open and I could have made it accessible if that was what was needed to get the outside cleaned. Again they never even mentioned it. It was not until after a couple meetings I turned around and saw that window as dirty as ever. 4) This is the one that finally made me decide to go ahead and write this review. Obviously they needed water to clean the windows so they disconnected our hose (fine with me) but when my wife got home she let me know they never bothered to reconnect it when they were done. They left our hose thrown in the yard and we had gotten a new spray nozzle that was also thrown out in the grass until she went out to put it away. My wife also had to spend quite a bit of time putting other things back and straightening up after them. (chairs pulled out, blinds not put back, various other things moved and not replaced) If this had been an inexpensive job, I probably would have let it slide and calmed my wife without bothering to post about it. But this was supposed to be a full detailing top of the line package that they offered. On the inside they cleaned the front entrance, 2 large sliding glass doors and ONE set of bedroom windows. The rest all we really cared about was the outside of the windows (which apparently did not include the 3 sets of windows under out deck). For all of that we ended up being charge almost $400. If I'm paying out that much I expect them to leave the house the way they found it but with clean windows. ------EDIT------- Some of the issues above were based on a miscommunication with Andrei asking my step son (who is an adult but living with us) instead of myself. He called after I posted this and offered a refund for the windows that were not cleaned. read more

Heard about this company through the neighborhood and have been wanting to have the siding power washed and Windows washed for a long time. Only had the one side (north) done but if you have never done this - it's like looking at a whole new house again! It makes a huge difference. Next year we will do the whole house. Yes my gutters were cleaned, yes you came back and removed additional debris that wasn't removed the first time. As for the best, it was in the gutters, so, I don't feel pest control was required ( we didn't know). Yes, our daughter was visiting, shortly after your arrival, she left.
