This April we had house damage from a major hailstorm including shingles, several pieces of vinyl…read moresiding, and gutters that had golfball-sized hailstones blast right through them leaving a number of round holes through the gutters. Dan Phillips of Integrity Exteriors was at a neighbor's house providing an estimate one day and we asked him to meet with us when he could. He quickly went up to our roof, took numerous photos, and showed us that we definitely had some damage. Several days later a rep from our homeowners' insurance company (very reputable company) met Dan at our house, they inspected the roof together, and a repair estimate was made and readliy approved by our insurance company, and we were on the schedule for a new roof and gutters, and some siding replacement. Just one day before the work was to take place we discovered a robin's nest with two baby chicks in a flower basket hanging from an overhang on our house, and I called Dan to say we were hoping not to disturb the nest and birds, and was there any way we could possibly re-schedule the work? Just five minutes later Dan called me back and said "No problem", that Integrity would definitely not want to disturb that nest. Wow, that was great! We were very pleasantly surprised, and the work was put off until the young robins had flown from their nest, which happened several weeks later. On work day the crew started arriving by 7am and at 8am the work began. They worked hard morning and afternoon and by early evening had completely replaced all our shingles and gutters, and were cleaning up around our house including pushing a magnetic roller around it to pick up any stray nails that might have fallen into our yard and driveway. The work looks great and we are very happy with both the quality of work and the super-fast responsiveness of Dan and the rest of the Integrity team. They were great every step along the way, answering all our questions and explaining things very clearly. Dan has been fantastic to work with, and the company owner even came by to introduce himself at one point and answer any questions. At first I had trouble remembering the company name -- Integrity -- but now I have no problem with that because "Integrity" is a very appropriate name for the quality of work and the very high level of customer service provided. PS. We've also enjoyed following them on Facebook and seeing the company team-building and community involvement activities they participate in. We are very happy to give a top recommendation to Integrity Exteriors, and we've been recommending them to others!

They walked us through quotes on 3 new roofs in great detail and did multiple inspections prior to the job to ensure we were all on the same page. Their level of detail is excellent. Additionally, Showalter was extremely responsive to all of our questions along the way. They arrived on time the day of the project with 18 men working over 12 hours a day to complete the job in two days. We will be having them complete new roofs at our two other properties this year. Made it just in time before the holidays, thank goodness. We had a closer and significantly cheaper bid (basically 1/3 of this company's charge) but they were not available Wed the 19th, and with the holidays and weather changing...could not risk waiting. Wed was the last sunny 50s day and all went well. Customer service was good. Workers were on time and completed tasks appropriately. Dings on stars for 2 things... the install isn't as even and perfect as I prefer (the tops and flashing pipes are not straight and it looks like the shingles were not peeled back evenly and placed back over the pipes fully on the lower bottoms)... and the owner said he would send me a receipt when the check cleared. Usually receipts are given at time of payment. Seems strange and made me pause. Note... it's been a week, pretty sure the check has cleared. Hmm. No receipt yet. *\(^o^)/*

POURED IN WINTER ICE DAM WATER as a result of short shingles, inadequate flashing, and exposed nail holes!!! Never before an issue in 50+ years. Had two independent roofers take a look at this bad job!! Wheaton roofing finally came out to take a look 4 months after the fact only to pick up loose nails on the roof and to say they don't see a problem with their work. Apparently everyone uses 4" flashing? Asked me to list my to-do list of what I THOUGHT WAS THE PROBLEM! C'mon. This WAS Wheaton Roofing and not someone using their name. Confirmed the invoice/proposal was in fact someone who worked at the company when the job was done. I can't put my parents through the legal issues of fighting a company denying the issues. They deserve better. Going to find someone else that does general contract work AND roofing. Damage needs repair.

It was true that reaching out to the owner and getting back from him was hard at the beginning, because he was in Florida according to another review I found, which was also confirmed with their guy Andy later. I found their email on their website, and Andy replied me after 2 days and said they would come out to inspect next week. They did come and told me they would send out their guys to fix it in the next few days. Amazingly they came back the next day and fixed everything before noon! Because our roof is still under warranty, so they didn't charge us anything. We are very happy they honored the warranty and fixed the roof so fast!
