I have been using KD Nail Bar & Spa for months. Coming here every 2-3 weeks for a UV gel manicure and pedicure, I'm consistently getting amazing service. I never have to wait when I come to my appointment. The owner and her employees are very professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. I also like the ambiance of this place and the music they play (80-90s). I'm a demanding customer, but I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. read more

The place is spotless, and elegant. Parking is great. Pedicure was very good ($25 regular), they lack a little from those extra pampering that other places have. Like a little 2-5 minutes massage. I've been here a few times now. I come in with a friend and we get spa pedicures. The process is fine, the place is clean, but the past two times have been very disappointing. I'm OCD, I make my appointments well in advance, at least two weeks. I was going to a wedding, knew exactly when I wanted to get my pedicure and they called me two days before to move me to another day because no one was going to be there to do the job. We could not accommodate their schedule, so I said we would go someplace else. She told me that we could come in and they would find someone to do it. Well they did, but the girl who ended up doing it ran in to take care of me, did the bare minimum, did not look happy about it and then ran out. This past weekend, my friend and I had an appointment for 11am, we arrived at 10:45, chatted for a while and I noticed it getting later and later. When the owner saw me getting annoyed she said they would be right with us... well that didn't happen until 11:30 and no one seemed to care at all. They barely talk to you and if you don't speak Spanish, I would say don't bother going. When I told my girl that I didn't understand what she was asking me, she got very annoyed. She was very rough through the entire pedicure, pinched me and hurt me many times. When she was through, she threw the bottle of nail polish on the table and let out a big sigh because, it seemed, I was quite an annoyance for her, for them all actually. They seemed to be very nice to all the Spanish speaking clients, but my friend and I did not seem to matter at all. We won't be going back. It was just a very disrespectful experience. So, I figured I'll try them out. My girl Monica was a perfectionist. She helped me pick out the right color, did a great job on my cuticles, like never before. Me and my sister arrived at KD and we were excited to try a new nail salon out, they were kind of unfriendly in the beginning due to a miscommunication on what my sister wanted but we ignored it because things happen but as the service was done the nails were not fully cleaned through and not like the picture she wanted, very over priced as well. $65 , sadly will not be coming back here. read more

These women are so incompetent! I made a very specific appointment for today at 5 bc according to the girl who answered, it was the only time available for gel manicure and pedicure. I leave work early to be told that it was made for Saturday! I even spoke in Spanish!!!!!!!! They sent me away with zero apologies! Never again. always used to get just acrylic nails so when i called and hurd they did not do them there i was a little disappointed. Horrible. I waited over an hour for someone to do my nails and it wasn't busy. When they finally started my nails and I told them I had to leave in 40 minutes 2 people rushed to do my nails that looked like a kid did them. The hands don't match, the nails are bumpy , my cuticles are lifting and the color is not what I picked. She told me to come back and when I did she told me it was the color I picked but they would fix the nails to take the bumps out. I left and will never go back.
