I just went back for a massage, and man do I feel good. I'm not a nails guy, but a one hour massage for $85 including tip Istanbul kinda massage. They could Improve the massage room, but for $65 who's complaining. Maria did a great job and really loosened all the knots my back. The only downside she only does the backside, and not the chest, be still it was a great massage. Go relax! read more

I'm a total nail junkie, I get my nails done every two weeks religiously, always at Coco's!!! I've been going to Coco's for about a year now because of their superb customer service and impeccable talent. I don't even need a specific nail tech because everyone that works there is amazing!! I haven't had a bad experience yet! I like my nails sharp and they always take extra care & extra time to file my nails to ensure the shape is optimal. The pedicures here last me a good month without chipping. Everyone is so nice and sweet, it's a mom and pop shop owned by the most humble and modest family!! I made a 6pm appointment for a powder gel manicure with Michele. When I told her what I wanted, she said, you mean extensions? I said no. She looked at my nails again, and she said oh, you mean tips? I said no, I just want a powder gel manicure. She said, Oh, you want to make them longer and then the powder? I said, no I just want a powder gel manicure. She looked at my nails and made a face. I don't like long nails because of the work I do as a nurse. I just like them clean and neat without chips of nail polish but after she made that face, I said never mind, I'll just do a regular manicure. She said, oh, someone else will help you in 5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes and no one was even close to getting done, I finally just left. Will never go back. Couldn't beat this rude tech and talk about making a person feel like garbage. Save yourself being put down and go somewhere else. I would give negative stars for the way she made me feel if I could, but it made me choose stars which is why it is only 1 star because even that is way too much for this hole in the wall. read more

Always loved coco nails been going faithfully for a few years, needless to say have spent a lot of money there, bringing friends and relatives, clean, friendly, and conveniently located. Unfortunately will not return, I understand prices all over have been raised, but 30.00 for a pedicure alone, with no additional service is outrageous, I always get a 10 min extra foot massage for 10.00, that was raised to 15.00. Point being was not informed of this change until I went to counter. Also charging 3.99% for using a credit card is in my opinion insulting, and maybe illegal. Those are bank rates. So, they have lost a lot of business from me, checked out some other salons in area, 30.00 for a manicure with pedicure, 25.00 pedicure alone, includes massage 10.00 manicure. I'm not too familiar with the area and was driving by looking for a nail salon for a quick and not too expensive service right before vacation and I didn't have much time. The location, size, and look of Coco nails was appealing as well as the fact that they had their prices posted. The nail techs took me right away, there was no wait which was surprising for a Friday night and they had a lot of customers there were currently servicing. I noticed right away that they knew almost everyone by name which meant they were repeat customers, always a good sign. Also, I had three services and two different people, each who was so detail oriented, I had never seen such precision yet efficiency with time. The girl who did my pedicure literally ran to clean the station before doing my pedicure. The price was right, they had gifts for being a new customer and this is now my new nail salon. I decided to get my nails done here bc my bf lives across the street. I've gotten my nails done here before with Maria. She does mani/pedi very well. As I walked in, I noticed it was packed with 2 people waiting. A lady tells me 10-15 minutes. Okay, no problem. I pick out my colors for my gel mani/regular pedi. She then tells me to sit in the waiting area. 15 minutes later, she tells me to sit in a pedi chair. 20 minutes later, she tells me 5 more minutes. Heck, I didn't have anything else better to do my bf was at home sick and sleeping. 15 minutes later, she comes to my rescue. Her name is Joy. Joy looks at the time. It was probably around 6:30 (mind you, they close @ 7:30). I notice she started rushing. I've gotten pedicures in different salons & I've never seen anyone rush as fast as she did. Cuts nails, looks at time, file, scrub, looks at time, rinse, hot stone, looks at time, oil, massage. I was thinking to myself like umm what about cutting my cuticles and taking out the dirt from inside my nails? while she was massaging my feet and legs, I asked her like are you not gonna clean the sides of my toes? She's like yea, I will. Who does that after they've drained all the water and you've put oil and massaged my feet?? Then I noticed Maria looking at me and she knew something was wrong just by the look on my face. I wasn't happy with Joy doing my nails. I'm never letting her do my nails. I don't care how long the wait is. (She is the only reason why I'm giving 3 stars) Off to my gel mani. I was handed off to this lady named Michelle. She's so much nicer! They have this vacuum/drain in the middle of the table to remove all the filings and dust. Pretty cool! Never seen that before. They use a different base coat from places I've been to. It's a base coat sculpting gel. It keeps your nails hard. Which is great for me because my nails are always breaking. Michelle did an EXCELLENT job!! My nails look like I have tips on because of that base coat. She received all of my tip! read more

One of the best places in the area, how didn't I come across this place sooner? Just the basic manicure and pedicure offers enough luxury without all the upsells. The manicure was neatly done, but the real treat was the pedicure including a scrub, paraffin, hot towels and hot stones. Let me say it kills me to give this review because I truly have loved coco nails for a while now but the past three visits I have not been happy. If a customer is paying top price for nails $65 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure my nails should be on point. My nails have been rushed for the past 3 visits, chipping within a week, not doing my cuticles ext.. I understand it's a busy time of year but I Dont except the quality to decrease. I might visit again just because the workers are so friendly, I have gotten a great mani and pedi here before and I must say the facility it's extremely clean and well kept. read more

Very Expensive! I stopped by after making an appointment and was very excited to try this beautiful and conveniently located nail salon. I should have asked what they charged though because when I went up to pay, I got a bit of sticker shock! $65 for a Gel Fill! :O I normally pay half of that and would have been okay with $40, but $65?! WOW! I'm not sure how they justify such a high price! Michelle did my nails and she was very nice and did a good job, though I wish she'd done a 3rd coat because my color came out much lighter than expected, but again, not her fault, my problem for not asking! I guess I've gone to so many nail salons that I expect certain things and don't ask about prices or 3rd coats! :) All in all, I think it's a nice place, I loved that they had it so beautifully decorated, especially for Christmas and I liked that they gave me a complimentary hand lotion as a gift, but I wouldn't go back for $65 fills. :( read more

This was the most horrible experience. I tried to make an appointment for a gel manicure tomorrow. The man doesn't speak English. I finally got him to understand what I wanted. He never was able to understand my name. My friends called me and then I tried to make an appointment for her and her 2 daughters for a mani/pedi. Again he didn't understand. He HUNG UP ON ME! I called back 5 times and he kept hanging up and wouldn't speak to me. This is a totally UNPROFESSIONAL place. I read the review about Michelle and thought she sounded good...so I made an appointment with her. This horrible man probably cancelled it. I went there today to get a manicure and pedicure and the woman doing my nails stopped to help one of the other employees find a box for one of the other clients ( 10 minutes) she Finally came back but then right before putting polish on my nails she had to go to the back to do something, 20 minutes later I got up asked one of the girls if t hey simply don't have time for me and no one came out so I left, I was there for an hour and she hadn't even started putting polish on my feet, first and last time I go there!
