A leak detection expert couldn't find the source, and since Action said our cesspool was fine we were feeling hopeless. But then Mark (Action) asked if he could dig a hole near the foundation and opposite the area where the water was in my basement. With a giant rain and wind storm coming the next day, Nancy called and actually arranged to have Gus Anax do the repair ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON so that I would not have to deal with the damage that was sure to ensue! I was amazed to have come across a company that actually cares, especially to this extent, about a potential customer! I have never before had the pleasure of such kind professionals working with me in so attentive a manner before. The repair was done, and I was able to sleep soundly through the storm rather than watching my ceiling collapse!
