They were great at first, but seemed to fall off toward the end of a project. It was a relatively small job for them, I am sure, based on their pictures that they post, but that shouldn't be an excuse. We also have some gaps in spaces where animals set up homes... we are experts, Jeff and co. should have warned us about this. Even if it meant spending a bit extra.

He provided previous customer contact numbers so I could reach out and receive first-hand feedback from them. In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. When demolishing the old stairs, he uncovered some poor craftsmanship and made sure to call it out and rectify it before covering it up again. Would gladly work with Pascual and his team again.

We spent over 2.5 hours going over the deck repairs and the installation of an outside kitchen on another deck. He wanted to talk to the Township supervisor first about the Township's building codes. After talking to the supervisor, he agreed to repair the one deck for time and labor. We would pay for the materials. He set up another appointment for the next week, Tuesday and/or Wednesday to sign paperwork. I called him to confirm the appointment date and left a text message. I never heard back from him. I waited for him on Tuesday and Wednesday and finally called Jeff on his phone. He did not answer. I then left him a text message...no answer. Today, April 16, 2026, I called the office and Frieda answered the phone. I explained what happened and she apologized and said someone would call me back. Five minutes later she called me back and said that Jeff was not interested in the job. I told Frieda that I wasted 2 weeks...what a waste of time. Jeff told me that I should report the original contractor to the BBB because of the shoddy workmanship. It is unprofessional and not reputable to set up a contract and not follow through. Not only did he not show up, but he did not call. Why would anyone hire a company like this.
