As someone else said in a review posted above if you want to get no answers for your issues bring…read moreyour car here by all means. Brought my 05 Crown Victoria leaking rear transmission fluid and told them I had already paid a shop that said that they fix the issue but clearly they didn't so I tried Park Place out the technician saw the transmission puddle it left in his parking lot and yet I waited three weeks for him to tell me that my water pump has some play in it and had no information about why my transmission was leaking. He then goes to tell me that would be 400 and something odd dollars to fix my water pump but had no information besides my transmission fluid being a little over. When I asked if there's some hole that the transmission fluid would leak out of if it were over filled he again had no answer for me he said he would have to put it back up on the Lift to figure that out. This is where I lost complete faith in this place as my original request was to figure out why was leaking transmission fluid here we are three weeks later with no information about my transmission fluid leak but apparently I have a bad water pump. I walk in the next day around 10 2 and told the two ladies at counter that I don't feel like this place is going to figure out my issue with my transmission and that I would like to take my vehicle. All of a sudden they had answers to why the transmission may have been leaking when the day prior the guy said it would take him until next weekend to get it back on the lift and now first thing in the morning they have an answer for me when I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. They charged me $55 to tell me absolutely nothing about why I left a puddle of transmission fluid in their parking lot. These guys are Crooks they're in it for money. They would rather make a few hundred dollars off of you in diagnosing absolutely nothing then actually fixing the actual issue. The professionalism here is out the window front counter girls who I believed to be the owner's daughter just laughed in my face and continues to try to talk over me when I had nothing else to say I just wanted my keys and to pay my bill and be on my way you don't just magically pull answers out of your ass when you don't have them unless you already have them. Keep your car away from here don't even think about it

I stopped by Park Place this afternoon for a follow up visit from an appointment I had last week…read more They had to order a special part for my Audi. I was actually running a little late for my scheduled appointment, but luckily they were still able to get my car in right away. My car was finished being worked on by the time I finished my complimentary coffee in their waiting room. This was actually my favorite part of the visit because I had never had Girl Scout Samoa cookie coffee mate creamer before. Great Service and Great Rates!

Cottman Transmission A.k.a KDM auto is awful. I gave them my car only because my warranty co. Told…read moreme to send it to them. Well they had it for 3 days and the only thing they managed to do was blow a couple fuses and cause malfunctioning on my ECM unit. They messed up so bad my vehicle would not now start. They have no idea how to work on hybrid vehicles. Now I should have know better when I see what type of people we are dealing with here. The receptionist seemed lost and became flustered, the professionalism was out of the question she looked like she came walking out of hot topic in 2001, as a receptionist, you know the first person you see when you walk in? Yea. She told me she would call me with updates throughout the 2 business days they had my car. She only called me back after I called a twice for an update. So my car was dead in there bay and it wouldn't start. Plus the original problem was still existing. They didn't claim responsibility and refused to tow it to the dealer. The receptionist called my warranty co. To get them to tow it outta there. And now my car is being worked on by a technician. Ps. There is nothing you can do to change my mind. I don't want to talk, txt, chat or converse. Good day.

Reading these reviews, I have personal knowledge that the reviewers have a bone to pick with Scott…read more They own a competing garage and that they are not telling the complete story. The State Police did not complete their investigation and that is why this boob was not allowed to retrieve the belongings or access to the vehicle. He knows how and why this was the case. The reviews were all from the same man and his family members. These are NOT true statements. I live right around the corner and I have my car serviced there on a regular basis and when I need something done, I do not have any issues bringing my car there. My wife's car also has been taken care of there also. I have NO problems with their work, if anything they go above and beyond the normal level of other shops I have taken my vehicle to. Scott has been in this shop for a few years now. He has been a member of our community and does work for the fire company, so what does that tell you? This summer I had a battery go bad, and guess what? Scott WALKED to my home to give me a jump. Where else are you going to get that kind of service? No matter where you go, not every business is perfect, we are all human, things happen. We all have taken a car to a shop and the problem suddenly doesn't do it. We also do not communicate a problem very well, which I am guilty of, so the shop has to guess what you are talking about! Take your car there and give them a chance, I believe you will be impressed, I am!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. One of the times I brought my car to…read moreScott Wenrich, it had locking lug nuts. The key was literally inside the car. Instead of picking up the phone and calling me, he decided to break the locking lugs off anyway, then had the nerve to charge me for new lug nuts that I also already had in the car. That should've never happened, and he made it seem like no big dead because people "arent stealing Honda tires." Next, an oil change was done and the oil cap was left off and the reservoir open while driving l. Then I, unfortunately, trusted you again. You put four new tires on my car but only did a front-end alignment. Less than 6,000 miles later, one of my rear tires blew out while my daughter was in the car. When I looked at the tires, they were worn down to the wires. I ended up changing a tire in the rain, then had to spend over $500 on two new rear tires and a proper four-wheel alignment. Meanwhile, I'm still driving on the other two tires that are wearing prematurely. When you were contacted about it, you took the tires and then suddenly couldn't answer a phone anymore. Call after call--nothing. So Amber came to the shop in person, and instead of trying to make it right, you got hostile and abrasive. I'm not asking for anything crazy. I'm asking you to stand behind your work. Reimburse me for the two tires I had to buy because of the premature wear and either replace or refund the other two tires that are headed down the same path. Mistakes happen. What tells me everything I need to know is how you handled it afterward. Ignoring a customer and getting defensive instead of taking responsibility isn't good business. People deserve to know what they're signing up for before trusting you with their vehicle.
