They completed CUSTOM cabinets and shelving for what I'll call a pantry closet and redid my laundry room to better utilize the space. they do subcontract some of the work out so I think that work definitely needs your oversight and communication with Upgrade Remodel to make sure it meets your specifications. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my job and would consider using them again. Way to expensive and they now will no longer warranty the job as they sold us on. The floor is falling through, the shelves are falling off the walls. The shower floor is stained with yellow glue, the side panels are scratched up, the toilet came unbolted from the pipe/floor. We will be seeing them in court this coming year once the 90 days is past and we can for the entire $30k cost of the bathroom since every panel must be removed to replace the shower pan, let alone the floor repairs. They do not have American workers, all foreign illegals it seems.

Dana walked me through the whole project, I was never left wondering any of the "who's, what's, when's and why's!" Failed to complete major part of contract and then claimed there was a misunderstanding. Lost light fixtures that were to be reused. Left toilet to be reused setting out in elements for nearly 6 months and then it leaked when installed. Took 6 months for job estimated at 6 weeks. Scratched refinished hardwood floors when installing appliances. Scratched glass in storm door. Did not supervise subcontractors who violated HOA parking restrictions and then had verbal altercation with residents. Left debris and construction products on common property against HOA rules. I could go on...
