Stephen was kind and friendly, making sure I understood everything they were finding and what they planned do it, all while making sure I didn't feel talked down to. They came by to let us know what the issue was, then, after we had the flooring ripped up after a leak detection company marked off where it was, they came with the jackhammer and tore up our cement. Unfortunately, the leak wasn't where detection had marked it. I'm grateful Stephen was find enough to come in on what was supposed to be his day off the next day to continue after we took up the rest of the wood overnight. They did a great job at locating the leak, fixing it, explaining what might have happened to cause it, filling the hole back up and covering it with cement. I highly recommend reaching out to them and hope you get Stephen as your guy if you ever have plumbing issues.

Originally had a call to do the maintenance on our new unit but they called and cancelled. A new appointment was never done and I am not happy with scheduling considering Vlodymyr was the one who first gave me the info and pricing. Talked to Russell's Mechanical who is now doing the maintenance for 360 Air tech. Currently waiting for billing to contact me with pricing for a maintenance contract. I hope it is what I was first told by the owner of 360 Air tech. I will do another review later.

We had a leak coming from the bottom of our air handler, so I called A/C Masters -- a company we…read morehad used before and trusted -- to come out to our home in Newport News on June 13. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. While the technician who came was knowledgeable and professional, the issue lies in how the company conducts business, which ultimately left me $174 out of pocket for a service that didn't resolve the problem. After diagnosing the issue, the technician said the P-trap was clogged and vacuumed the drain line. She said water appeared to be draining properly and noted that some light dripping might continue due to wet insulation -- but we were relieved that the problem seemed resolved. Just a few hours later, the leak returned -- same spot, same amount. When I called the company the next day, I was told the line might still be clogged and that they could come back out, but I'd be charged another $85 labor fee -- even though the first visit didn't resolve the issue. I also learned their advertised "30-day guarantee" only waives the $89 diagnostic fee, not the labor, even for the exact same unresolved problem. After doing my own research, I realized that since they already knew the drain line was underground and made of metal, a quick vacuum was unlikely to solve the problem long-term especially because we don't have a condensation pump. It made me question and feel like they were just trying to get me to spend more money piece by piece. I tried speaking with the manager, Robert, before leaving a review to resolve the issue but was told it's simply "company policy" to charge a labor cost again. I won't be using A/C Masters in the future, and I would caution others to seek a company that stands behind their work and prioritizes fixing the problem the first time -- not charging again for unresolved issues.

I was…read moredisappointed when he didn't even recommend a Carrier replacement but a more expensive Bosch IDS unit. I initially figured he was just trying to sell us a more expensive solution to get more money out of us but when I did my research I found out what Jason recommended was a great product and the perfect solution for us. CC is a bit more expensive but it's a smaller veteran-owned operation that focuses on quality. I didn't realize it until they were done but our quote included a surge protector (an industry recommendation due to the electronics in the outdoor unit) at the disconnect without us even having to ask for it. This level of service is valuable when, as a layman, you're not sure of everything you should be asking for. We have still a second Carrier unit and when it comes time to replace that we'll be contacting CC to put in another Bosch unit.

I hired this company because my AC stopped working. The technician diagnosed the issue as a clogged condensate drain that had filled the drain pan and tripped the safety switch. I paid for the diagnostic and the repair to clear the drain. Less than 48 hours later, my tenant called to report water leaking through the ceiling. I contacted the company expecting them to stand behind a repair that was only two days old. Instead, before anyone was even willing to inspect the system, I was told I would have to pay another service fee. The owner immediately became defensive and insisted the leak couldn't be related to their work. That's the problem. If I pay a professional to diagnose and fix a clogged drain, and water is leaking into the ceiling two days later, the first response should be to inspect the previous repair--not ask for more money before even looking at it. Whether the original diagnosis was incomplete or the repair wasn't done correctly, I paid for a service that did not resolve the issue. A reputable company would have verified its work before charging the customer again. Based on my experience, this company was quick to collect payment but unwilling to stand behind the work they had just performed. I can't recommend doing business with a company that treats customers this way. Today being Friday the 24th, two days later. Pictures don't do justice.

The owner said he had to fire his uncle who placed the jacks and over jacked my house.
