I am so happy we came here tonight. Kebabs, falafel, grape leaves, service. My god they have it all. Seriously, come here to eat. Felt great just being here.

We had try one of each.. wow so great.

Customer service is amazing and they are extremely friendly. I can't wait to come back. Food was 10/10.

They literally put your salad with your hot food touching it. Never again. This place is really bad.

Home after a long day to this "dinner." I am from the Detroit area so I am spoiled by good Mediterranean food. This is not it. I'm actually embarrassed for this place. The serve the salad with the hot food as in it is packaged together in the same box so again cold salad with hot Shawarma or beef. If you like warm salad I guess that's good for you. The chicken Shawarma was incredibly dry the rice flavorless. The portions laughable. Probably the worst Middle Eastern food experience I've had. They need to improve quickly or this place will go out of business.

Today my husband and I decided to stop by Med Cuisine for some shawarma, and to our surprise we ran…read moreinto Brad from Tucson Food Tours! I was so excited because every restaurant I've tried through his recommendations has been fantastic. We were invited to enjoy a complimentary buffet they were hosting, which was such an unexpected treat. The first thing we noticed was the beautiful outdoor patio--perfect if you want to enjoy your meal in the fresh air. Inside, the restaurant felt welcoming, and the staff immediately made us feel at home. The owner, Ray, was there greeting guests and genuinely seemed excited to have everyone visiting. Once we got the go-ahead to check out the buffet, our eyes lit up. Everything looked incredible! Since this was our first visit, we weren't sure what to expect, but the presentation alone had us excited to dig in. (Just a note: this buffet was for a special event, so I'm not sure if it's offered during normal business hours.) We started with a fresh Mediterranean salad tossed in a bright lemon dressing that was absolutely delicious--although I may be a little biased because I can never resist a great salad! We also tried the hummus and baba ghanoush with crispy fried pita chips. Both dips were smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor. Next came the beef, lamb, and chicken shawarma. Each one had perfectly crisp edges while staying incredibly juicy and flavorful inside. We paired them with the tahini sauce, which added the perfect fresh finish. My absolute favorite parts of the meal were the pickled vegetables and the falafel. I already love pickled foods, but these were exceptional--not overly vinegary, just perfectly balanced with a fresh, tangy crunch. The real star of the meal, though, was the falafel. Honestly, I'm usually not the biggest falafel fan, but Med Cuisine completely changed my mind. We dipped it in their incredible garlic sauce (I believe it's called toum), and it was the perfect combination. The falafel was crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside, and bursting with flavor. I completely understand why it disappeared so quickly--I only wish I'd gone back for seconds before it was gone! We had such a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back. Next time, we're definitely saving room for dessert. Do yourself a favor and stop by Med Cuisine. Support this wonderful local business, enjoy some incredible Mediterranean food, and if you're lucky, you'll get the chance to meet Ray, whose hospitality makes the experience even more memorable. P.S. Please don't judge my plate in the photos--I served it myself! I'm sure the staff would have plated it much more beautifully than I did.

I've been to 6 Levant places in Tucson. See my other reviews. I really wanted to like Med cuisine…read morebut after going to all the Levant restaurants I could find in Tucson, I wasn't able to. I got my usual vegetarian mezza so I can try it all. Ambiance: okay, a bit outdated. We were the only customers. I was thrown off getting water in plastic cups- instead of a glass. Service- okay. Minimal contact. Food: the bread threw me off as it was served in a plastic bag. It was odd. The dolmas has no flavor except for the grape leaf. The rice appeared to be only white rice and no spices? The lettuce/small salad was not edible. Not dressed and old lettuce. I got 2 cucumber slices to eat two dips- not enough. And used to getting a more tomato. The falafel was okay. The bread tasted old. I'm used to good Lebanese food and this missed the mark. I'm surprised by the reviews. The hummus and baba ganoush was 3/5. My husband had a spicy Lebanese sandwich, he said it was good. And the fries were soggy and greasy. With so many levant places, I won't be going here again. I guess I prefer the Iraqi, Syrian, and Turkish places in Tucson.

The food smelled delicious and their menu is simple but has lots of options if you know what I mean! We had from beef and chicken plates, salad, dolma, tzatziki sauce on the side. The super nice lady gave us extra garlic sauce and their house spicy sauce. Overall, it was such a delicious, healthy, full of proteins and veggies! If we live in the area this is easily our go-to for a healthy delicious protein packed lunch/dinner!

Of course I had to do the digging with my fingers because they didn't put any forks in the bag. How do you eat a salad without a fork? There's also no napkins not that I would eat it because the smell and the Gyro meat was more in the jerky family than Gyro family. It was so old I could not get on the table and it sounded like I was tapping a piece of plastic.. The vegetables were fine, but again, unless I wanted to eat with my fingers as I am trying to eat this on the go on the road there was no option other than to throw the $30 salad in the trash. What a waste of time do not order from this place unless you like armpit smelling salad with rock hard Gyro meat you have to eat with your hand.
