Then I text her to confirm the appointment and checked to make sure she felt comfortable with short blended styles. The lady then proceeded to try to gaslight her into telling her that her hair was blonde. And that it looked just like the photo she asked for but told her to come in tomorrow at 3:30 to get it fixed. Had her come in just to tell her that it was just how she wanted it and that she needed to leave the store, totally unprofessional a horrible experience for my little sister who left the store bawling her eyes out.
