This is an amazing salon. Everyone who works here is friendly and fun. Haley is super knowledgeable about hair extensions and healthy scalp.

My little sister came in the salon, to get highlights in her already blonde hair. She saved up money to get her hair done before she goes on her first vacation after graduating college and this is how she gets to celebrate by paying $700 for a service that she was originally told would be less than 500. The lady doing her hair made her feel totally uncomfortable. She left with brown hair. She messaged the lady that night when she got home that she wasn't happy with her hair and then it wasn't like the photos. The lady then proceeded to try to gaslight her into telling her that her hair was blonde. And that it looked just like the photo she asked for but told her to come in tomorrow at 3:30 to get it fixed. Had her come in just to tell her that it was just how she wanted it and that she needed to leave the store, totally unprofessional a horrible experience for my little sister who left the store bawling her eyes out. Oh, and not to mention during her appointment, the lady told her that she would be back in an hour and a half because she had a doctors appointment. read more

I have been going to Lecia for years now. She does wonderful highlights and haircuts! I highly recommend.

How I was sent home from the salon after paying $220. Hali double booked time and after my hair being "pink" on the first round of color, dyed it a second time. She "offered" for me to stay while she colored, cut, blow dried and styled the woman she double booked. Or, since my color was shampoo, not dye, I could go home like this. Also, when I asked if she could dye my brows she reluctantly sighed and dyed them like this (yes, I paid for it all). This was my third attempt at Do or Dye. The first time was okay. I finally got the vibrant red color I wanted. She took multiple smoke breaks, and gave me a lowlight, red and the cut, brows and color I wanted. However, she forgot to order the color (gemlites shampoo and conditioner, sold on Amazon) so only shampooed the color suggesting I follow up with the conditioner to hold the color in. $275. Second appointment.... Bleached my roots, haircut, brows and put in the color shampoo that I out in my hair every day. $275. When asked why I was charged the same amount as last time without the lowlights, the response I got was that last time she gave me a discount that I wasn't told about for a special, so actually the price would have been more than $275. 3rd appointment... Was supposed to be a bleach of my roots and then I apply the shampoo at home $65. She suggested I get a cut, I asked for brows, then she didn't have time to do it all and after messing up the color, recolored and sent me home like this... $220. When I told her I was dissatisfied, she said "bummer" and that she offered to wash me and I should be glad she didn't charge for two colors. Please, do not make the same mistake I made 3 times going to Hali!!! And to top it off, if you do, you will most likely get a political conversation about vaccines or Trump. Not the relaxing pampering salon day(s) I expected. An expensive lesson I hope to save you!!! read more

I've had 2 gel mani/pedis with Katie Slocum with a Groupon deal, and she is fantastic! She listens well and is more than willing to get it right, unlike many salons with foreign speaking staff. On both visits she made a point that if anything chipped or peeled she would fix it no charge. She double checked length and shape to make sure I was happy. She is pleasant, sweet and passionate about nails and nail art. She uses this cool nail stamp and included one free accent nail! Love that! First I want to say Lecia was amazing! I have not had my haircut in ver a year but I did attempt several at home "Covid cuts" and was prepared to be scolded for that along with the fact that I dye my hair at home. Usually when I go to a salon I get lectured on why I should not dye my own hair and how bad it is for me to do so. I have been coloring it for 20+ years and it looks good and my hair is very healthy so every time a hairdresser would start the rant about how terrible I am for doing it myself I would shit down and not go to a salon again for a very long time. I just want a good haircut I don't want a lecture n what I do wrong or a high pressure sales pitch on all of the products I NEED to buy from the salon to save my hair. Lecia did not do any of this and honestly I think this is the first time in 20 years this has happened! I am so greatful for that! Now on to the salon and service. The salon is a super cute little spot in downtown Sherwood. Everything sparkles and smells great. It was clean, quiet and very inviting. I could tell that this salon is very popular among its regulars and they have been coming here for a while from the conversations around me. Everyone knew everyone and it was nice to listen to them talking about their families, kids going to college etc . The only MINOR negative was the parking. But you would have the same issue at any downtown location. I decided to get bangs and she did an amazing job. I was about 15 min lte so she did not have time to style my hair and I totally understood. Next time I am going to be early so I can see what she does with the styling aspect too. I think I have finally found my hairdresser. Also she is open to texting wich I prefer and she is just a very nice, skilled beautiful hairdresser and I'm glad I got the Groupon and gave hairdressers one more chance! Thanks Lecia! read more

I have been going to get my hair done by Ashley Champ. Who is my only go to!!! I have had many different people in my life do my hair and omg she is #1!!!!!!! She knows what she is doing and she is in with the fashion of today!!! She is especially one of the sweetest most out going person ever!!! She listens to your needs and wants. She doesn't just nod her head and pretends to know what your talking about. She asks questions and really wants you to walk out the door after your done with a huge smile and that feel good feeling. I can honestly say I'm quite disappointed with my hair. Lecia is incredibly nice but I don't like the way my hair came out at all. I went in for a balayage and cut. I came out with an ombré that wasn't blended at all and my cut didn't include layers like I asked at the beginning. Let you know I was disappointed in the blending of my hair and I went back the next day to fix it. I came out with super choppy highlights and the underneath of my hair was still not blended. I feel bad leaving this review but I am truly disappointed with my hair and I am embarrassed to go out at all. Now I have to wait a couple of months in order to go somewhere and get my hair colored correctly. read more

I bought a groupon and Lecia did a full balayage on my hair that was perfect! Since I had red hair she told me that I might not get the results I wanted before she even started.
