Antholeth was nothing short of amazing. First I showed up for my appointment and there had been a mistake made while I scheduled my appointment, and it turned out that Antholeth wasn't aware that I came that day to discuss my recent hospital stay and the condition of my lungs. So instead of having me schedule a new appointment for my concerns. She just saw me for all of my concerns in one appointment session. She also saw me for concerns that I had, and wasn't aware that she could help me with. That's how awesome Antholeth is. Antholeth had in her notes that day that she was to get me set up with a CPAP machine to help me sleep because I recently learned that I have sleep Apnea. So during my session with Antholeth she ordered me a CPAP. She was so patient and kind as she went through discussing the different models of CPAP machines available with me. After we decided on a model and then she ordered it for me. Antholeth also went through my hospital records. She even had me call the hospital records so that she could get the previous PT scans taken during my hospital stay, and she was willing to wait for those to be faxed over as well. After Antholeth looked through my records, she referred me to get a PET scan of my chest, so that she could check out the current health of my lungs, and this included the mass that was found on my right lung. I know that it was found on my right lung, because Antholeth took the time to tell me about what was going on in my lung, including using a visual aid to point out which lung the mass was found in, and also where in the right lung they found the mass. Antholeth does all of this, and she helped me with something that I had concerns about, that I wasn't aware I needed help with. Antholeth helped me find a Doctor who offers weight loss injectables at an affordable price. She understood my concerns about finding trusted source of weight loss injectables. She did this because I shared with her that I was concerned about how it would be possible for me to have weight loss surgery given that I have to take blood thinners now. Antholeth helped me so much that day because weight loss injectables are a much better solution for me personally for an aid in losing weight. I'm only going to schedule my visits

There was even a sign on front the desk that the patient should the front desk know if they have been in the waiting area for more than 20 minutes. I can't remember how long I waited to be called back for my appointment but it wasn't very long. I was taken back for my appointment by a very kind and lovely assistant for Dr. Nguyen. She took my weight and vitals and she even helped me to get the notes from my appointment that day faxed over to my other doctors that were not in the AdventHealth network. Dr. Nguyen is a very kind Doctor. He first started his appointment with me by asking if he could use AI to take notes. We discussed several things concerning my heart and my recent Pulmonary Embolism and pneumonia. He said that my heart is in great condition and shows no signs of damage from having to work too hard during my pneumonia and Pulmonary embolism. He asked me to come back for a follow up appointment in 3 months. I am thrilled to have such a wonderful, intelligent, kind, and tech savvy Cardiologist on my medical team.

I had an appointment with Dr. Deogenes De Leon, a Pulmonologist with AdventHealth, after I was…read morefirst instructed to have a PET scan done by Antholeth Leckie, APRN, a wonderful member of his team. The PET scan was for the pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, and the mass on my lung, that I was diagnosed with nearly 6 weeks prior to my appointment with Dr. De Leon. At my appointment, Dr. De Leon was very kind, patient, thorough, skilled, knowledgeable, and understanding. Dr. De Leon was everything that I love about the medical team with AdventHealth medical group. If you were not aware, AdventHealth medical group is a Christian medical group. They offer cutting edge medical care, that focuses on treating the whole body and mind. They even provide patients with somebody that can pray with them upon request. Their hospitals are like stepping into a luxury resort and spa, that are THAT beautiful. Their patient health portal is the nicest experience that I've ever had with a medical health portal. My mother accompanied me to my appointment and Dr. De Leon even went as far as to go through the PET scan, on his computer, frame by frame, while explaining everything that we were seeing at the same time. At my appointment Dr. De Leon first decided that he wanted to do a biopsy on the mass in my lungs, because he felt the rounded shape of the mass was suspicious. After talking with the doctor who Dr. De Leon wanted to perform the initial biopsy, Dr. De Leon called me back into his office, as he had decided on a change in plans. Once I was back in Dr. De Leon's office, he explained that had spoken to the other doctor, who had told him that the mass in my lung was in a very difficult place to perform a biopsy, and it could be more dangerous to my health for me to go through the biopsy procedure at that time. Dr. De Leon decided it would best to repeat the PET scan in 3 months, and have a follow up visit with him after I have the PET scan. I was very happy with his decision, and I felt at peace knowing that I was in such very good hands with Dr. De Leon, my Pulmonologist, and with all of the other members of the medical team at AdventHealth who have treated me.
