Spoke with the office manager, Becky, who runs a tight ship and they had two techs out the next morning. I got a call when they were on their way, as always and that's a nice courtesy. Both lead plumber Jacob Rhodes and his assistant Nathan were polite and friendly, completed all the work I needed done quickly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Before they wrapped up the job, I got a call from Becky to let me know that part of their service was to submit the required paper work to the water utility and that would be done.
