They just came back to run buried line from my house to my tenant's so we have water when the power goes out. (The primer was t only thing missing from t original hook up cz it was in a separate building.) I delayed cz I really didn't want my lawn all torn.up. But Nick used a tool that opened a wedge in the lawn just wide enough to bury the line 6" down, and when they tamped and watered, it was barely noticeable. They also took care to shelter foundation shrubbery so there was no collateral damage. Oh, and they're kind and thoughtful to a rowdy bunch of dogs living here. They are not gougers, either​​. What's not to love about ElectraTech? Can't think of a thing.

He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. Dedicated service at a good value (as plumbers go...;-)…read more Needed the kitchen sink faucet set replaced after some years of service. Moen provided a FULL warranty replacement set (Moen rocks!) and Dominic the M&M guy installed this handily for a reasonable charge. Some months later there was an internal issue with this part as well as a number of house plumbing issues that I figured to address at the same time. Brandon and his other brother Brandon set about these other issues but noted that the sink needed a specific Moen replacement part. Meanwhile, they tackled the house pressure regulator, which had been a real challenge for a prior plumber for some reason. Brandon measured the outside pressure and matched this up so our showers were still able to provide the same oomph. This was the root problem to our "water heater issue" - which included relief valve output due to surges. Unfortunately, we still had to buy/install a new overflow bladder. At my request, they also checked all the valves under the sinks and toilets for operation and leaks to see if they needed their packing adjusted or to be replaced. Note: After years of non-use, the typical valve used has packing that can dry and pull back leading to a leak. You can simply tighten up the screw on the front to tighten the packing. If you do replace this valve - go to a better quality ball valve design choice. We also had a significant leak in one of the exterior hose valves - had these replaced with the newer long-valve design that places the shut-off point internal to the house rather than right at the handle. We had them switch out the other one to this, as this will reduce the chance of cracked pipes (and possibly a very soggy cellar) from freezing. Dominic returned and facilitated communications with Moen and eventually did a re-installation. Moen provided an assembly and eventually express shipped a WHOLE NEW faucet set to get this problem solved. M&M was kind enough to significantly discount the charges on the faucet troubleshooting and re-replacement.

Our Contractor agreed to use them because of the delay. Steve came out on a Saturday afternoon only 6 hours after we contacted him in order to review the job. He spent 3 hours at our home going over every aspect of the job, looking at the existing wiring and the proposed options we wanted. Steve not only made some excellent recommendations but also had the foresight to allow for a junction for a first floor connection on the same circuit that may be eliminated in the near future, saving us a lot of work and most likely a bit of money also. I don't know of another Electrician that I've ever used in the past that would think ahead like that for the customer. He said his helper Jim would be out early Monday after a lengthy consultation with him to review all aspects of the job. We were admittedly a bit concerned as we've had owners of businesses come out and sound top notch before and then send their workers out and be totally disappointed. This was truly not the case this time. Outside of the necessary noise required to complete the project we would almost not have known he was there. He arrived right on time every day. Worked the entire day. Never had to do one of those 2-3 hour mystery trips in the middle of the workday when you wonder if you're actually being charged for the offsite time needed for poor planning. Our entire experience was excellent. There is nothing they could have done better or done differently.
